Stop terrible customer service! I am not the owner or employee of this business, I am a dissatisfied customer who tried every polite avenue to get my situation fixed. I was told that I could tell anyone I liked, and that it made no difference to the owner. Here we go then - customers deserve some kind of recourse, and businesses must be accountable!
