Moksha Hot Yoga

I simply LOVE this place. Instructors are so kind and take time to explain and assist you in the poses. It is truly a place that welcomes all levels of experience. I didn't feel intimidated at all as a beginner. You will find here all levels of practice at all times. People of all levels of fitness, all ages and all levels of yoga knowledge attend this studio. This is not one of the studios which is more about your yoga outfit, it is really a place which helps and encourages you to do something for yourself, for your body. Everyone is down to earth, which makes the place so welcoming! The owner is a true gem. You suggest or give feedback and whatever needs to be fixed or addressed is gets done right away. The studio is around 37 C which makes it tolerable. It has very good parking. When I get in the studio, and hear the sound of the tea brewing, it feels like home. I LOVE IT!!!

This is my favorite "me time" place. Brandi was very accommodating with the various changes in my circumstances and I truly thank her for that. I've been going here for a year now and I look forward to more years with them!

I adore this yoga studio. I've been practicing here for three years (pretty much since it opened in 2013) and all the intructors are awesome. They make you feel right at home and always giving you great tips during class so you get the most out of your practice. The studio is gorgeous, and has two spacious rooms to practice in. The rates are the most affordable I have seen in Calgary. Win win and win :) thanks guys!!!
