It's been a while since I posted something, but L've been busy baking up a storm. I want to thank all my customers who enjoyed my gluten free cakes, and regular cakes and passed my name along to friends and family. It very gratifying to hear fed back from happy customer. Thank you Sharon for the DELICIOUS gluten free, egg free, dairy free chocolate cake! It was so moist and the raspberry 'cream' in the middle was delicious as well. It tasted just as good as a regular cake, but looked better thanks to your beautiful decorating! It was nice that my nephew didn't have to have something different from the rest of us. I'm sure he was pleasantly surprised too. He told me how yummy it was, as did the rest of the guests including the birthday girl ... my sister-in-law. Thank you again! Gluten free Christmas Cakes

Just wanted to remind everyone that I do bake regular cakes! So if you've got a special occassion coming up, or just need a sweet treat to give you a boost after all that Christmas shopping, I make a great chocolate cake slathered with chocolate gnauche icing, yummy.
