Money Mart

If I every needed questions answered about my loan over the phone, or in person answers were always quick and polite. Then again I deal with the manager when I can..I would give a 5star but the interest rate is to high and to easy to increase the loan.

Argumentative staff

I've worked 6 years retail so I've dealt with some very rude customers but never this bad of customer service. The woman working there was just awful and so disrespectful. Please save your time and go to a different location.

If you have proper I.d and you come at a time when it's not busy you are in and out. I have had no problems with this money mart except the customer service could be more proficient. I seen so many employee's come and go and they're always training so the person serving you might not have much knowledge.

Literally the worst customer service ever , two guys serving one customer while there is a bunch sitting down
