she was extremely rude and unnecessarily was trying to argue.
i just asked her for confirmation if i got my ID back and she replied
" why would i keep your Id"
I don't how money mart train there employees and i just read more reviews i guess they are all referring to her as a brown lady.
company should take action against these kind of employees so that other can learn some manners.

Her attitude must be retaining customers to back for sure.

The guy wouldn't process my transaction because the person who sent me money only used my first name, and my ID has my first and second name. This was not an issue with another outlet and was easily processed. Total hassle.

Poor service!! The lady who's working Sept 9 at around 9-ish in the evening was very grumpy for just a simple inquiry. Western Union will get bad review because of her. I needed to call the WU hotline to ask for help. Thanks to the lady who helped me out via phone.

Worst customer service, especially this particular brown girl with an attitude. I was going to send a small amount of money and she was giving me snide comments under her breath, she wouldnt even accept my coins telling me "they're going to send it to the bank". Less than good enough reason to treat your customer badly. The bank accept coins— they are still money. No customer service representative should act like that. They shouldnt judge how big or how small the amount a customer is sending, or what kind of money customer are paying them. Worst part is, we always send money in this branch. I'm very disappointed.

Staff were very rude and rather than help you they would talk down to you as if they were judging. Came in to ask some questions and all that agent wanted to do was sit back down instead of trying to help

Long lines, despite adequate staffing. Staff sitting in the back while one person is handling everything.

Poor customer service. My husband came to cash his cheque here and the brown ladies were extremely rude.. If you can't learn to be a people person then maybe your job is best suited for someone who is.
