Exceptional customer service and very fast shipping, i had the tracking number within one day of ordering.

Awful customer service and boot-fitting in the store. Employee insisted to me that they didn't have a specific boot in stock even though I called ahead to confirm. The employe eventually looked and found the boots. I did most of the heat moulding myself while in the store. "Hear's some foam", "put these on your toes", "put these liners in", "strap everything down". I really got the impression that he could care less about how well the boots fitted. About a month later I went back to ask about the instep pain. "Sorry, nothing we can do", I was told. Took them elsewhere (for additional cost) and had them modified without issue. Their prices can be competitive to MEC's, but when you take into account the customer service, it's better to pay a bit extra at one of the other shops.

I ordered a jacket from them and I could not be more pleased. The jacket came in less than three days via mail and had a lovely thank you card and small chocolate bar as gift. It's a small gesture but I so much appreciate it. The jacket is great and the price was great too. I travel through Banff all the time so I'll absolutely be stopping in again! Thanks so much.

Monod Sports was amazingly helpful as I was waiting in Banff to start my ITT Tour Divide. For several days I had no word from the airline regarding my bike they sent somewhere other than Calgary. I waited for a spot tracker that was not in Banff as planned. With my time slipping away and no real information about bike or tracker. Monod Sports was so helpful. Don ( it has been several weeks so I may have the wrong name, sorry! the Welsh guy) was super friendly, very engaged, helpful, a real source of encouragement to me. Thank you! The store has great merchandise. Can't say enough about what they meant to me.

My Arc'teryx Atom Lt Jacket arrived within days - it was exactly as described, and fit perfectly. This is one of the best all season jackets I own: it is warm on its own, it layers easily for very cold days, and it packs easily. Thank you for providing excellent service and products!

The G3 Alpine climbing skin are working very good, better than my snow shoes. The sale person was very well inform about the product. I recommend Mono Sport to any one ho love outdoor sports.

Good selection of high end gear. Probably the best place in Banff to find such a selection all under one roof.

I like visiting this place to see what is in for this year's skiing fashion. However the prices are expensive. Yet from time to time one may be able to pick up something nice from a sale. Good luck hunting!
