We went for my son's 16th birthday. Everything was great, food was great and done to perfection, service was awesome. They even managed to embarrass him.

The food was fabulous! The service was top-notch!! Could not have been better. And the dessert, (doughnuts with caramel dipping sauce), which is no longer on the menu, was to DIE FOR!

The food was amazing! Our waiter Dave was incredible I never felt like I had to wait. the service was incredible. we definitely plan on going back

Just had an awesome evening here. Colton and Hayley thanks for the awesome service. Lawrence thanks for the humor and treating my boy with respect. All the kitchen staff for the awesome grub! Thanks for a great evening.

I've had good and bad experiences at this Montana's location. The food on the other hand has always been great. The servers are hit and miss but that's like any location. There has been a few times where the servers could help you out more, refill your drinks, etc. But again foods always been good.

I want to start with saying that the food was delicious. They brought us water while we looked threw the menu, and coloring paper and colors for my daughter great place for a family. Nice and friendly the wait time for food was not bad at all. They came a couple of times to make sure it everything was alright. Honestly i had a blast there, plus not that expensive at all.

Always have good ribs & Good service! Cannot fault

It was about 10 of us and our wait time was about 15 mins when we walked in at 7. They were a bit busy but server was very friendly and gave us good recommendations on food and drink options. Appetizers came promptly and we're delicious. Main food including 5 steak entrees took about 40 mins. Food was warm and good. Deserts followed quickly and were great. Overall a good dinner; will be back again.

Always enjoy Montana’s. Nick is a great waiter, very personable and friendly. Great food and drink. Loved their newest drink - Spiked Texas Tea 😋

We visited your restaurant feb 25 2018. Ordered the spinich dip fried you could see the oil on the pita. Had the 7 oz steak it was ok. The onion strings you serve were very oily. You could feel it in your mouth and even when cold it came off on yoir hands. Very very disappointed in you food quality my huband had some beef thing that was in a bowl and it just looked like shit.

Terrible experience yet again... will be our last visit to this location. Sat at the bar to eat so we didn't have to wait. Took a long time for appetizer to come and when it did it was Luke warm. Fellow in the bar choked on his food and puked just in time for our dinner to arrive. Place just stunk to high heaven! Took some time for staff to clean it up and by this time the idea of eating had passed. Hope the fellow who puked all over enjoyed his dinner as he and his date resumed eating their meals once he cleaned himself up! Oh yeah, and the 'honkin beef rib' that my husband ordered resembled a charred chicken wing!

Food was great!! Love the desserts :) Our server though was very slow. She was very unorganized. She forgot our drinks and never came back to ask for refills. I love montanas but hate their service !!

so i probably would have ranked this higher but the end of my meal kinda ruined everything, so the food was excellent, some of the best pulled pork and brisket ive had recently, steak bites were delicious as well and the skillet cookie was decent. the thing that irked me at the end was i paid for my food using my associate discount card and i noticed after i had paid that the discounted amount was wrong and that i paid too much. now keep in mind that i made sure to tip on the orignal amount and everything to make it fair to the bartender i had so i bring this up and get told that they would give me back the difference and i wait just a minute very patiently and the bartender slams the change in front of me and just walks away like this is my fault where its not even her fault either but the system that calacuated it wrong. didnt like being treated that way after i had such great meal which is a shame because i dont think ill be coming back any time soon

Again Montana's disappointed us. We waited about 50 minutes just to get what we ordered to us. Then the ribs were lukewarm and the baked potato was worse. I had the smoked sampler. The pulled pork was was to spicy and cool to the touch. The sausage was to spicy.

We ate here last night and we waited for so long , besides that they serve the food cold, i will not go there anymore! This is my first and last to go on that place!

This resto need a good supervisor or a good manager to check on the needs of the customer and to see what the server is/are doing. I will not recommend this location to my friends. Overpriced and understaffed, menu changes weren't described as to what your actually ordering,very disappointed as it's been a while since we were last there (1st time at NE Location) it will be a while before we go to any location of Montana's

I planned my wife's surprise party there yesterday . All guests arrived by 645. Waitress didn't come to take our drink order until 7:20. Got the drinks, at about 740ish, food order wasn't taken until after 8. Absolutely abysmal service, for a party of 15. In almost 3 hours my guests drinks were refilled only once. I wouldn't plan any big events here again.

You guys are a total joke. Last weekend you were out of steaks, shrimp, and sweet potato fries. Today, you bring out the kids food 10 minutes before ours finally arrives, my steak is very over cooked his beans at cold, both our fries at cold. No cutlery is on the table and I needed a new drink for like 10 mins. There's like 30 people in here, get your shit together!

Went in for dinner last night with my girlfriend right off the bat walked in to see a hostess who was acting entirely snarky and rude with a gentleman who had been waiting an hour for a table with his family but it was busy so wait maybe understandable the way he was treated completely out of line. Then as I had an opportunity to talk to the hostess I tried to tell her about a vehicle in the parking lot that must've belonged to a family with a small child (as there was a car seat) that the automatic door of their minivan was wide open and I was unable to close it and if they would be able to find the owner to give them a heads up (-20 Calgary winter) that'd be awesome to which I was told "we don't make announcements guess they'll just have to find out" great customer care. Then we proceeded to sit in the lounge which was less busy then the restaurant, waited ten minutes to even see a server who we barely saw the remainder of the night, didn't have silverware at our table and had to grab it from an empty table, saw another table was packed with garbage and empty beer glasses and on top of it all my girlfriend sat their and didn't touch her meal because it wasn't what she wanted and the server didn't realize until we finally just wanted to pay and get out of there. McDonald's has higher customer service standards then this place and you'll save a few bucks to.

Was a large group we had booked weeks in advance. So much confusion about billing took an hour just it get the bill. Waited 30 minutes to get my drink. My wife got her meal 20 minutes before mine. The only thing that was warm with my meal was the gravy.

So we just walked put of your establishment. We walked in 15 minutes ago and we're completely ignored. Your waitress walked by us 3 times, your bar manager made eye contact 5 times yet not once did either of them attend our table. It was so dead in there, pretty sure I saw a tumbleweed, so being busy isn't a possible excuse, and one we could overlook.

Sitting here now. Took 10 minutes for our server to come to us. Another 10 to get our drinks (3/4 of them anyway).. waited another god knows how long for our food. No appetizer showed up. Our entrees come and we have no cutlery. Nothing but excuses from our server... needless to say we won't be back.

Several tables have not been bused while we were sitting here. People waiting for tables when there are tables that could have been cleaned and no one would have to wait.

Good food, horrible service. Went this past Saturday, late afternoon between the lunch and dinner rushes. There were a fair number of customers but by no means was it packed. My two friends and I were seated by a friendly host only to be left waiting for more than ten minutes before our waitress arrived - and she arrived only AFTER the host came to check on us and tracked the waitress down for us. Then... we didn't see her again until after our appetizer arrived- no drinks were brought. Again, the host stops by our table, asks us about our beverages, and follows the waitress around the dining room while she waits on another table until he can remind her about our drinks. Good thing our appetizer was finger food, because both the appy and our dinner arrived before we were even given any silverware. Our drinks, once they were brought table side, sat empty until we were almost through with what was actually a good meal when the waitress finally stops by our table and offers refills. While she waited for our payment to process she felt it necessary to talk about how much her feet hurt and how she often had to sit down while working and cleaning tables. Hmm... wonder if all that sitting might account for her lack of attention? All in all, great food, seriously not a complaint about any of the dishes, but the service was beyond abysmal and it seriously makes me doubt I'll ever be back to this location.

Got the drinks, at about 740ish, food order wasn't taken until after 8. Absolutely abysmal service, for a party of 15. In almost 3 hours my guests drinks were refilled only once. I wouldn't plan any big events here again.

had dinner last night to celebrate my kids birthday, it was a horrible experience i use to love montanas back then but lately the service has gone horrible the food is awful as well we ordered steak and ribs and other dish i ask for medium they give me a over cooked meat and try burnt and no cutlery to use for our food i have to go up and follow them in the kitchen to ask for cutlery and that took almoat 5minutes to get into our table and told the server but no manager showed up the table beside us has the issue as we ate food overcooked and serve cold.

You guys are a total joke. Last weekend you were out of steaks, shrimp, and sweet potato fries. Today, you bring out the kids food 10 minutes before ours finally arrives, my steak is very over cooked his beans at cold, both our fries at cold. Then as I had an opportunity to talk to the hostess I tried to tell her about a vehicle in the parking lot that must've belonged to a family with a small child (as there was a car seat) that the automatic door of their minivan was wide open and I was unable to close it and if they would be able to find the owner to give them a heads up (-20 Calgary winter) that'd be awesome to which I was told "we don't make announcements guess they'll just have to find out" great customer care. Then we proceeded to sit in the lounge which was less busy then the restaurant, waited ten minutes to even see a server who we barely saw the remainder of the night, didn't have silverware at our table and had to grab it from an empty table, saw another table was packed with garbage and empty beer glasses and on top of it all my girlfriend sat their and didn't touch her meal because it wasn't what she wanted and the server didn't realize until we finally just wanted to pay and get out of there. McDonald's has higher customer service standards then this place and you'll save a few bucks to.

Was a large group we had booked weeks in advance. So much confusion about billing took an hour just it get the bill. Waited 30 minutes to get my drink. My wife got her meal 20 minutes before mine. The only thing that was warm with my meal was the gravy.

So we just walked put of your establishment. We walked in 15 minutes ago and we're completely ignored. Your waitress walked by us 3 times, your bar manager made eye contact 5 times yet not once did either of them attend our table. It was so dead in there, pretty sure I saw a tumbleweed, so being busy isn't a possible excuse, and one we could overlook.

Our drinks, once they were brought table side, sat empty until we were almost through with what was actually a good meal when the waitress finally stops by our table and offers refills. While she waited for our payment to process she felt it necessary to talk about how much her feet hurt and how she often had to sit down while working and cleaning tables. Hmm... wonder if all that sitting might account for her lack of attention? All in all, great food, seriously not a complaint about any of the dishes, but the service was beyond abysmal and it seriously makes me doubt I'll ever be back to this location.

We went for my son's 16th birthday. Everything was great, food was great and done to perfection, service was awesome. They even managed to embarrass him.

The food was fabulous! The service was top-notch!! Could not have been better. And the dessert, (doughnuts with caramel dipping sauce), which is no longer on the menu, was to DIE FOR!

The food was amazing! Our waiter Dave was incredible I never felt like I had to wait. the service was incredible. we definitely plan on going back

I've had good and bad experiences at this Montana's location. The food on the other hand has always been great. The servers are hit and miss but that's like any location. There has been a few times where the servers could help you out more, refill your drinks, etc. But again foods always been good.

I want to start with saying that the food was delicious. They brought us water while we looked threw the menu, and coloring paper and colors for my daughter great place for a family. Nice and friendly the wait time for food was not bad at all. They came a couple of times to make sure it everything was alright. Honestly i had a blast there, plus not that expensive at all.

Always have good ribs & Good service! Cannot fault

It was about 10 of us and our wait time was about 15 mins when we walked in at 7. They were a bit busy but server was very friendly and gave us good recommendations on food and drink options. Appetizers came promptly and we're delicious. Main food including 5 steak entrees took about 40 mins. Food was warm and good. Deserts followed quickly and were great. Overall a good dinner; will be back again.

We visited your restaurant feb 25 2018. Ordered the spinich dip fried you could see the oil on the pita. Had the 7 oz steak it was ok. The onion strings you serve were very oily. You could feel it in your mouth and even when cold it came off on yoir hands. Very very disappointed in you food quality my huband had some beef thing that was in a bowl and it just looked like shit.

Terrible experience yet again... will be our last visit to this location. Sat at the bar to eat so we didn't have to wait. Took a long time for appetizer to come and when it did it was Luke warm. Fellow in the bar choked on his food and puked just in time for our dinner to arrive. Place just stunk to high heaven! Took some time for staff to clean it up and by this time the idea of eating had passed. Hope the fellow who puked all over enjoyed his dinner as he and his date resumed eating their meals once he cleaned himself up! Oh yeah, and the 'honkin beef rib' that my husband ordered resembled a charred chicken wing!

so i probably would have ranked this higher but the end of my meal kinda ruined everything, so the food was excellent, some of the best pulled pork and brisket ive had recently, steak bites were delicious as well and the skillet cookie was decent. the thing that irked me at the end was i paid for my food using my associate discount card and i noticed after i had paid that the discounted amount was wrong and that i paid too much. now keep in mind that i made sure to tip on the orignal amount and everything to make it fair to the bartender i had so i bring this up and get told that they would give me back the difference and i wait just a minute very patiently and the bartender slams the change in front of me and just walks away like this is my fault where its not even her fault either but the system that calacuated it wrong. didnt like being treated that way after i had such great meal which is a shame because i dont think ill be coming back any time soon

Again Montana's disappointed us. We waited about 50 minutes just to get what we ordered to us. Then the ribs were lukewarm and the baked potato was worse. I had the smoked sampler. The pulled pork was was to spicy and cool to the touch. The sausage was to spicy.

We ate here last night and we waited for so long , besides that they serve the food cold, i will not go there anymore! This is my first and last to go on that place!

This resto need a good supervisor or a good manager to check on the needs of the customer and to see what the server is/are doing. I will not recommend this location to my friends.
