Went here for my birthday a few weeks ago and it was fantastic! Sat in the lounge and although it was busy (great atmosphere, after the Bandits game!!) we never waited long for our food or drinks. The staff were friendly and seemed to be having a good time as well. Will definitely be back!

We had fish and chips tonight was very good and our waitress, Courtney, was awesome.

We came in as a group of 45 people on a Saturday night after a novice hockey game, so it was a mix of adults and kids. Our food and drinks were ready shortly after we sat down. Everything was accurate, hot and tasty. The service was great as they had a manager as well as two servers helping our group out. Settling up was easy as well as they had our bills all separated. I would highly recommend Montana’s in Brooks for large groups!

Was in for supper on Sunday and had the BEST RIBS ever!!! Great service and enjoyed the sides and our drinks from the bar. Took a desert home and ate it all. Nice to have a wonderful dinning experience in Brooks!

I've been to Montanas on two separate occasions. The food both times was delicious but I found the service in the lounge is way better then in the restaurant, there really is no comparison.Our server in the lounge went above and beyond, constantly checking to see if everything was satisfactory. The server in the restaurant however did not, and to make matters worse my husband and I order an appetizer but when she brought it out she didn't even to bring a small plate for us to put it on, I had to put mine on my napkin lol

So if you decide to try out Montanas then I suggest you go in the lounge if you want good service.

Was really disappointed tonight, first the service was horrible, had to go to the bar to get our drinks because she didn't came by our table once in like 30mins, when I told her this, she gave me attitude, then came back very nice but once the food was served, she went MIA again. Waited almost an hour just to get a starter and kids' food out. Food was not good either, my boy had shrimp skewer which tasted like glue and was cold and the kids had apples which was almost baked by the time we got it, from being under the warmer too long (why do they put it under the warmer in the first place?) My steak was tasteless and dry. At least the fries was fine. Of all the times we went, tonight was definitely the worst!

50 days ageed AAA steak $30 is a joke. I had a one bite and thought it has been cooked in the microwave. Terrible steak. McDonalds next door is way better. Overall, terrible food, wanted to puke out everthing i had and would not go back ever again. Such a waste of time and money. Jail food should be better than this.

Went to BROOKS Montana's today for lunch not only did we get child size portions but Ken got his meal 20 mins before the rest of us (and it was NOT his meal must have been a reject from another table) Ken and both my sisters ordered the chicken shrimp combo and the chicken portion was not big enough to feed a small child let alone an adult most of the food was cold and the chicken was so dry and over done you needed a hack saw to cut it. When they asked how our meal was and we told them they went to the manager and came back with you can have 2 free desserts (there were 5 of us). I have been to Montana's in Medicine Hat and Regina and have never been served a portion that SMALL it is usually way to much and can't finish it all. It was my suggestion to go there and I was totally disgusted and felt horrible that I suggested such a poor place to eat. The worst part was the manager that got our complaint didn't even have the balls to come out himself and talk to us he sent that poor girl red faced out to offer us dessert when we still hadn't had a proper meal. I would NOT recommend this place to any one and will not return to the Brooks location BUT will go to Medicine Hat and Regina again for a good meal (that fills you up) and the service is what you should expect. In this ecomomy you would think that they would do there best to serve and please everyone that walks though there doors...Not just shove it under the table telling you but we had a table of 40 on the other side...very poor customer service
