Just found your website. So appreciate being able to see the wonderful range of fabrics. Mook Fabrics is now on my MUST VISIT list.

Great place to shop of you are a quilter, lots of variety in cottons and poly cottons and fleece, but really no other fabrics. I managed to get 1 thing I needed, upholstery fabric, but that was about it. A young girl who worked there was polite, friendly and helpful. While she was helping us, she was barked at by an older staff member to get on till. Proper customer service would be to finish dealing with the customer in front of you instead of running off to do something else. The grouch of a lady then seemed put off by having to come over to the other cutting table (behind her) to finish cutting my fabric. Yes they have great prices, but their crappy customer service and lack of fabric assortment will be why I won't be going back.

I was at this location a few weeks ago and the staff were wonderful to me and I even had a child in tow. Great prices & excellent selection as well as perfectly organized and CLEAN. Loved it!

My only suggestion is not to have the remnants in such a deep bin, it made them difficult to look though. Also, the upholstery fabrics (tapestry) that are leaning up on that wall would be easier seen if racked in a bin so they won't flop over.

Sure they have tons of selection , but they also have tons of rudeness. Got yelled at while looking around because I was holding a coffee cup (wasn't aware of this rule). The lady then told us where to put down our coffees instead, then rudely told us 2 minutes later they were in her way. This was my first time at Mooks and probably my last. A little class could go a long way...

I went into the store today to look for wedding materials I needed. One staff member was immediately rude the minute me and one of my bridesmaids walked in. We left without buying anything and won't be back. Awful service.
