Great service from Karim. We were in and out in no time with what we were looking for. Alterations were also done in a timely manner. Will be back.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Told the 4 PEOPLE working we were looking for my fiancés wedding outfit. No one was any help whatsoever. 2 were sitting on their computers, the other was texting behind the counter and another in the back. Did I mention we were the only customers in the store?

Not to mention the young male sales associate you have that was working Sept 3rd, told my soon to be husband that the size he gave him was "probably just a number, and that media greatly influences sizes, that he should probably try two sizes larger." Then turned, walked away and was no further assistance, and any questions were a complete waste of his time, rushing through the question then brushing us off!!!!!!!

I'll be back to this location....when Moores goes out of business and keep better staff! :)

They have a great selection of suits shirts and accessories. The staff is great. Their service is excellent!

Horrible service & staff. We were supposed to be called once the alterations were done & we had to call the store to find out the status of the alterations. A belt had to be special ordered & was supposed to be in within two weeks. Two weeks before the wedding & we were still trying to figure out where the ordered belt went as it was not in store. After calling the store everyday for a week and getting the run around we were finally given the honest answer that they never ordered the belt & it would be rush ordered. None of the managers can speak English very well & none of the staff are able to help even with a simple task. Moore's has lost all future business from us to say the least.

Won't be back to this location.

I've shopped at this location a number of times because it is convenient to where I work and live. The service is always hit and miss. I often like to shop on the weekends and the way I'm treated when I walk in wearing jeans and a t-shirt compared to when I pop in after work in a suit is night and day. I've walked out on more than one occasion when sales associates can't be bothered with me. I once waited over 20 minutes by the shoe area while a few associates engaged in conversation in plain sight of me, I just left and bought shoes elsewhere. I recently decided to try the custom fit suits and the experience was brutal. 6 weeks after I ordered them I finally called and asked how much longer they would take, miraculously they had arrived the day I called. When I went in the suits were not finished the way I had requested and both suits had patch pockets, a feature I hate. I accepted a discount for the suits as the alternative was to wait another 4 - 6 weeks for them to be redone. Fine, I was okay with this but the final straw was when I picked up the suits after final alterations, got home and went to wear one of them for work the next day and the sleeves had not been altered as we had marked, the chalk lines were still on the sleeves. I'm done with this location. I like Moores, hopefully other locations will take better care of me.

This locations selections is quite good. There are usually more employees working when its not busy and less employees when it is busy. Tailoring at this location, to be fair, is not the best but its not the worst either. The problem might be either the person tailoring the suit or the individual measuring your suit. So when you do decide to get a suit here be extremely specific on what you want and always point out the suits flaws and point out what you want to be improved as at the end of the day it is your suit, not theirs. On the upside, shoes are kinda cheaper at this location..

Halo (if I'm spelling that right) was extremely helpful, went out of her way to get me discounts on the items that I was purchasing.

Very negative atmosphere. This was my first time ever being in a suit store and purchasing a suit.

I was tended to right away but instead of the employee asking me my price range he automatically took me to $700+ jacket prices.

Then I had to feel uncomfortable telling him that they were out of my price range. As soon as I said that he gave an annoying sigh and with attitude said "I'll see what I can do".

The process seemed rushed. Probably because I wasn't spending 1000's. It also wasn't a very friendly atmosphere. Was treated like I was below him as if it were the 1800's.

You work at Moore's. Get over yourself.

GREAT DAY... When I entered the store, Christina approached me to assist. I mentioned to her that I like to look first and that I would let her know when I needed her help. In about 10 minutes, I went to her and she was the best! It didn't phase her that after we had picked all the dress shirts, I remembered that my husband's size was one bigger! We had so many laughs getting other shirts for my husband, then fantastic ties. When we were looking at ties, Lorena joined us. The three of us had a great time finding ties and then pants. The deals were great, three shirts for $115 (my husband has the tall man sizing), ties were buy one, get two free, and the pants were buy one, get one free. Christina also gave me enough boxes to wrap all the presents for my husband. Many stores do not give out boxes any more! And on top of everything, the $ amount goes towards the $50 gift card reward. My husband will be getting one in the new year. It was such a great time in the store because of the two delightful young ladies whom I spent time with. I was not looking forward to shopping, however, Christina and Lorena made my day. Merry Christmas!!
