Went in to buy a few suits for my boyfriend. Lorena was absolutely wonderful. Took her time to find the right fit, going out of her way to bring multiple options to try on. She is helping to get alterations done on short notice, so my boyfriend has suits for his event.

Not too sure what the poor reviews are about, but every time I've been here they've been really helpful! I live in the NW but drive all the way down here to get any tailoring work done, they're friendly, professional and very helpful.

Michael was a great help in procuring several jackets in my size. He's friendly, personable and always willing to go the extra mile. Great clothes @ a great price.

Warning, Moore's is a place to avoid for Wedding party rentals.

The worst offense was providing the 4 groomsmen tuxedos that were the wrong colour. As the wedding was out of town nothing could be done, except wearing the jacket as little as possible.

The tux was ill fitting for 2 of the groomsmen, despite measurements being taken in advance. We’re talking the jacket being ~4 inches too short in the sleeve type ill fitting. Mine was fine, expect for one of the cuff links being broken and not wearable…oh and being the wrong colour of course.

The wedding was out of town (3hrs drive), so we’d also asked for an extra day on the return. No problem at all for one of the groomsmen. When I asked I was told it would be fine, but then moments later that the paperwork was already done so they couldn’t (read shift was ending soon and didn’t want to). Finally got it sorted out after talking with another employee.

At $200+ for a rental, I’d expect better service. I did get an apology and a $5 refund for the cuff link…that’s something I suppose.

So if you’re looking for a poorly fitting suit that is the wrong colour, with service to match, Moore’s may just be the place for you.

After being away for more than a year we stopped by for a little shopping. I was happy to see 3 of the same employees that had served me in the past! These 3 have been there for at least 2 years and still offer the same great service I remember and expect.
Selection, as always, was very good and the staff extremely helpful. We spent over 2 hours there and had one on one service the whole time. Knowing their product extremely well, right down to how different brands fit and the different cuts, we were able to replace one entire wardrobe and expand another.
Pricing is very important and Moore's is quite reasonable, especially when you consider quality of the product and there are usually excellent sales that Moore's offers.
I prefer Moore's Westhills and travel quite a distance to shop there simply because of the excellent service I always receive. The store is always neat and tidy and well stocked and always a good shopping experience.

I went this afternoon to moores signal hill. Staff are not helpful, every a while one of the staff comes pretending that he/she wants to help and actually they are not. After choosing many things worth more 1500 $, surprisingly, the staff insisted on taking 12$ to adjust one of the dress pants legs because they don't have the right fit for me. I said it is not my problem that you don't have it. Then left everything to her and left the store. Nobody even asked if I've been helped or not. DON'T GO THERE IF YOU PREFER TO BE TREATED IN A HUMAN WAY.
