Best moores experience I've had! A nice Ukrainian girl named Yulia (I think?) helped me. She really put in the extra effort to make sure a suit fit my weird body. Great experience!

I went to crowfoot the same week and had a much worse experience with a guy there who didn't seem to care about what I was looking for.

So happy with the service and selection here. I know there's some negative reviews, but there's a new manager, and we are so happy with everything!
My husband is new to suits, but has specific tastes. Laura took extra time and was patient and incredibly professional. We are already looking forward to going back.

So disappointed at the service and unprofessional staff at this location. Robin was rude and condescending, and treated us very poorly after we purchased a custom suit for our wedding. The suit did not fit correctly so the tailor agreed to fix the vest, meanwhile Robin still insisted it was fine. There is a huge gap , it hangs at an odd angle, and looks awful. Robin whispered and made snide comments, incredibly inappropriate. Our wedding in next month, we ordered the suit in February, and still the groom cannot wear it. The groomsmen are shopping elsewhere.

Absolutely fantastic service every time I go to this location. Chris always gives me stellar service and I always leave with what I want. I highly recommend this place. Thanks Chris!

Terrible, walked in at 930 on a Saturday to get fitted for a wedding, was told they could fit me in at 10 when the representative who could help me would be available. Came back and 10 and they turned me away. Customer service at its worst, do yourself a favour and find another Moore's. Very disappointed.

Will never go to Moore's again. Have never been more disrespected. Watched a salesman - we locked eye to eye - as he backed away from my nephew and I. He nearly backed over another staff member. Was afterwards ignored by the rest of the staff. Well... for the remaining minute we were there.
