Moores Clothing For Men

Excellent customer service, high quality clothes and some great deals. I recently took advantage of the buy one get one free weekend deal at Moores and purchased two shirts, two ties, two vests and two suits. A special thanks to Carter for his fantastic customer care and for making shopping fun. Also to Jillian for her excellent knowledge and exquisite pinning skills. The rest of the staff I delt with at the store were also very helpful, friendly and professional. The in-house tailors also did a magical job with the alterations to my suit pants to make them fit perfectly. I highly recommend this shop.

Had to deal with Moores for my brothers wedding this weekend.

Spoke to a sad excuse for a sales rep, named Rahoul. This tool was quite special, so special I wonder how he is employed. It all made sense when I found out he's the manager at this location.

I asked to speak to a manager after he refused to let me try on my suit. He said I am the manager hahahaha (I still find it hilarious how he was refusing to allow me to try on the tux and even more hilarious that he's a manager) if the wedding wasn't this weekend, I would have went ANYWHERE else.

Luckily Jillian was able to help me out. I find it hilarious how the assistant manager has to come help the manager do business. Keep up the great work Jillian and Moores...you should tell your manager to go back to elementary.

Great customer service, Daniel helper me out tremendously and they have a great selectuon of clothes

Unfortunately the customer service I received was very poor both in person and on the phone. When taking the suit back I waited 15 minutes to be acknowledged, even though it was not busy. When I approached an employee and mentioned I needed help, I was welcomed with a snide reply that he was too busy with other customers to acknowledge I was there. The unpleasant interaction continued as I explained my irritation and was told "good for you". My disappointment increased yet again when he told me he was the manager. I would most definitely not recommend this location to purchase a suit.

Incredible service from Martin Batchelov. I was amazed when he told me he was new to the industry as his product knowledge was impressive. I was a difficult customer who came in on a Tuesday needing formal wear for the upcoming Saturday, but Martin was able to come up with a perfect solution to the problem getting me situated both for the weekend event and long term every day clothing. I will be back and be asking for Martin.

Wonderful experience getting custom beautiful suits for my fiance and his best man. Service from all the staff we've dealt with has been very helpful, professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend!!

Gillian is amazing! First class service and great deals. It likely would have taken me forever to make as much progress on my own when picking out a new sportcoat, shirts and ties- Gillian made the whole process simple and easy and everything fits incredibly well. Thanks guys!!

I've been there half dozen times over the past year or so. Peter that works there takes good care of my time and makes sure I only get what I need. No pressures sales here folks. I find if you give the store a heads up and need one on one time they book that just for you.
