Love this store. We went in looking for a black suit for my husband and 20 mins later we came out with a black hemmed suit for $230. They hemmed the pants on the spot. The service was fantastic and it's a huge store. Very happy customers.

I was part of a wedding and used this location for suits and worst experience I have ever had! Wedding party went in for two fittings not one because they had lost our info then miss spelled my name, got the wedding date wrong (more on this later), couldn't get the size needed for one of our party, also in a second group measured the kids for there suit but forgot there father and almost didn't have a suit for him , They didn't inspect our suits prior to final fitting just that the shirt pants and jacket fit

At the wedding I go to put my suit and tie on and what do you know the tie is stitched so small a child couldn't fit it. About ten minutes later about to walk down the isle the top button blows out cause it is held on with one strand of thread

Upon returning the suit the next day they say that the suit is late and I owe a late fee even tho they were sorry about the tie and button problem... the thing is they had the date of the wedding still wrong on there computer even tho they had been notified 2 times that they had it incorrect and still wanted to charge me a late fee

When explained to the manager she became very defensive and after arguing she decided not to charge the late fee as I had refused it anyways

Morral of this is use a different location at the very least

The Calvin Klein suits we purchased for our wedding were very nice and Josh was great. However, the groom and best man's suit got mixed up (same last name) and were altered to the wrong guy. A week before the wedding, the groom's jacket needed more alternations and the pants hemming wasn't done when promised. We came back 2 days later and the pants were two inches too short and 1 was short than the other. When we told someone they needed to rush this, we were told it was wedding season so they were busy (obviously our wedding didn't classify as priority). We finally had to come back the day before the wedding and thankfully everything got sorted out but it was so stressful. We wish Josh was the only one we dealt with because he seemed like the most competent one there and tried to fix everyone's mistakes.

Some of the staff were helpful and informative. However, the young slender high school aged boy could use a few lessons in respect and customer service. My Fiance bought a custom suit there, and we had planned to get all of the groomsmen's suits there too, but after the attitude of that little guy, we decided to go somewhere that we wouldn't be treated with such disrespect. We even brought my father and father in law, they have the same opinion of this boy. There were about 5 people working, and he wouldn't help anyone- the store was busy and it was two ladies running around helping everyone on the store floor as well as the cash register.
Aside from that punk, everything was fine.The older gentleman that helped with my Fiance's suit was very awesome, as were the ladies who were running the whole store so the other "employee" could watch TV.

Absolutely awful. Made an appointment that was cancelled by store with little notice. Re-booked appointment and let them know that we will be in for a fitting as we have already looked extensively through their catalogue . Came in to find out they only booked us for a consult and had no one to fit our groomsman as that is normally an hour long appointment. And yet when we booked the appointment we were told it would take an hour so we make sure we and our groomsmen were available for that whole time. They also made us wait for 30 minutes before even speaking to us. I complained to the manager and was told I would get a follow up phone call to rectify this problem. Still haven't gotten a call. Will not go back

I had a wonderful experience shopping at Moores, I was very uncertain about what kind of suit I wanted and the people working helped me with polite suggestions, and helped me feel more comfortable about buying a suit!
