What a beautiful place with friendly staff! The food was amazing and the views were unbelievable. Recommend the canoe ride which is included in your reservation at the lodge.

We stayed in one of your king cabins earlier this week. It was the absolute highlight of our trip!!! From the deep soaker tubs for after the hike to the awesome breakfasts and dinner, we enjoyed every minute! Your staff are incredible (probably because most are from Ontario ;) ). We spent 3 nights here as part of our honeymoon. It is the most beautiful place to stay. The rooms were excellent, the staff so friendly and helpful, the food was delicious, canoeing on the lake so peaceful. The view- to wake up and see that beautiful lake was wonderful. How can the rest of our holiday live up to this? We loved it!

We came here for our honeymoon and the service was fantastic. We had an incredible view and a perfect room. We didn't even do the romance package but the lodge gave us champagne and a complimentary bottle of wine. The breakfasts were phenomenal and varied each day. The dinner was also worth mentioning. The menu was unique and the food left you wanting to come back for more. Again, extremely accommodating, warm, and friendly staff. Can't wait to visit again!

The accommodations here are cozy with spectacular views. The food is gourmet, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and the complementary canoeing for guests is so relaxing. This is a place you will want to return to again and again.

Re-visited this majestic place to hike yesterday yet I spent a few days here 9 years ago and the accommodations are amazing. From the spectacular views from the gigantic picture window in my cabin, the prepped fireplace each night, to scrumptious dining, it was the memory of a lifetime!

Quaint, charming, simply magic! Our stay was absolute perfection with all the little touches... handwritten note from the attentive staff, firewood, and Woolrich blankets in the perfectly appointed rooms. The dinner menu and overall dining experience was very special and impressive with a young and energetic kitchen and serving crew. We wrapped up our stay with a breathtaking canoe ride. This place does a fantastic job of managing the insane amount of tourists who are eager to witness the beauty of the lake, while mantaining the privacy of those who are staying at the resort. Thank you so much to the wonderful folks at Moraine Lake Lodge and we cannot wait to return!

Place is so beautiful....rooms are cozy and overlooking the lake. The view on the lake facing cabins are worth the price...staff is very friendly and there if you need anything.

One of the most beautifull places I have ever seen. My first expression as I walked up the slight slope to the top to see Morraine Lake was WOW! I could have stayed there forever in its beauty and wonder. Anyone whom is ever in Calgary needs to visit its a short drive I would say 2 hours and 15 minutes or so 11 km from Chateau Lake Louise. B

My wife and I got married at Moraine Lake on September 9th. The lodge was perfect, and treated us like celebrities. Despite the rain, everything worked out perfectly. We loved the area and enjoyed our stay. The staff was super friendly, and the food was amazing. The canoes were really fun and were included with our stay. Most beautiful place in the world!

My husband and I spent a long weekend at the lodge and couldn't have been more pleased. From the moment we checked in, Marie made us feel right at home and surprised us with the cabin view of our request! I cannot imagine a more serene, relaxing environment to take your 'holiday'! and yes...Moraine Lake is really that gorgeous in person :)

Moraine lake is a must see for anyone going to the rockies. So picturesque! I recommend going first thing in the morning before the bus tours show up!

From the amazing views of the mountains, the trails and the lake. What makes Moraine Lake complete is the open and friendly staff, they are always willing to help anytime.



The rooms are kept clean and having no tv's helps the atmosphere and appreciate the nature and surroundings.



And finally the food was amazing.

Beautiful lake, great staff, only downside, is its open to the public, and the traffic getting into the parking lot, is worse than Manhattan. Very noisy and crowded from 8am to. 7 pm. Restaurant is delice

Beautiful the rooms were amazing the scenery fabulous, the only negative thing was the deli. what horrible food they sold to us we had hotdogs and calzones I would not feed that to my dogs.

Location is amazing. The Lake is beautiful. The cabins are nice but lack storage space. The service is all over the place. Seems like they exclusively hire 18-22 year olds on summer working vacations. Whilst they are enthusiastic, they are poorly trained and lack leadership.



Some of them have no customer service skills, all of them forget things. Be prepared to ask for things 2 or 3 times whilst watching them deliver the thing you’ve been asking for to the confused looking next table. This is a shame as the chef at dinner is good. We ate 2 good but frustrating meals there. Overall it’s good, but it could be great.
