My name is Morgan Sutherland. I am a knowledgeable and experienced Mortgage Specialist. I am local to St. Albert / Edmonton area, but my team and I serve all of Alberta. I am partnered with RDML, which is a group of top seasoned brokers who have been in the industry for over 10 years.

I have 3 children and a wonderful husband. We love fitness /staying active and DIY home reno projects. In my free time I am making a pregnancy fitness app, which is set to launch some time next year. I also love to volunteer and give my time wherever it is needed in my community.

Family and people are my priorities, and that rings true in my business as well.
