I can see why the score is so low on this place. Doctor just told me I have migraines because of the medication I'm on. I just came in for a refill. Wasn't my family doctor, did no investigation into anything about my currently medical condition or my past. He also gave me attitude and walked out without giving me a chance to explain.
Save yourself the wait time and just go to a place with a better rating.

I'm giving this place 1 star before even seeing the doctor, because it has been almost 3 hours since I stepped foot in the building and still haven't even seen the doctor! The waiting room was packed when I came in at 5:10, and it took me almost 30 minutes just to get a chance to register my info at the front desk.

I was quoted a 90-minute wait time at 5:35. I arrived back at the clinic at 6:20, which is now relatively empty with no more than a few people inside, and ask if my name has been called. I am told it has not been called, so I proceed to wait for another hour before asking again. The nurse quips, "you just asked me" before saying I am basically right after the next guy to be called. Three names are called before my name is called, and now I have spent almost 30 minutes in the patient room with no indication whatsoever that anyone is even going to come see me. I have been to walk-in clinics many times before, and I must say that the lack of service at this place is appalling. My shoulder is important to me, but you're making me seriously question if spending my ENTIRE evening amongst staff who won't even let me finish my sentences, when I'm merely trying to explain why I came, was even worth all this trouble.

I'm probably never coming back to this place again. I live literally within a block of here, but will be more than glad to try Crescent Medical next time. This is pretty much the worst clinic I've ever been to, and it's sad considering it's been 190 minutes since I came in and I still haven't seen the doctor!

This clinic had the most slowest Dr. Working for them. Specially Dr. Onwumelu You can hear him talking and making conversations to the nurses outside. Instead of attending to his patients waiting for hours. Never meet a Dr. Who spends more time with his nurses than his patients. The only possitive I would say is the front staff are nice and professional. Just for a referral I waited for 2 hours and talk to me for only few minutes. Waste of time and he gets paid. I will not come back.

17 ave sw medicentre.. i went there for my right hand problem.. the lady who was in the front desk was so nice..and the doctor who check one me was so friendly and very gently whe he checked my arm.. i forgot his name.. something harper.. for my experience the people in that clinic are so nice. .. keep it up guys..

If I could give 0 stars I would. Useless front desk staff. Doc wouldn't refill my prescription,because I apparently didn't have a family doctor who works there. After i had waited an hour to Even see him. My family doc WORKS THERE but they never entered it into the system. Don't bother. I'll be changing clinics.horrible experience

I had Injured my hand pretty severely and called to make sure they could help me, the lady I spoke to was completely pleasant and awesome to deal with. I didn't have my medical card on me and instead of turning me away or asking me to first go home and get it she offered and made the effort to get the information herself which was greatly appreciated. Upon arriving the ladies at the front had been expecting me and had a room ready for me to get looked at, and my injury cleaned and attended. Eva was the one to clean my wound and was absolutely fantastic in how she handled it, she was also very unbelievably pleasant and attentive and made me feel better about my injury. I then saw two doctors who were also great to deal with and was out and fixed up in no time. All in all it was a great experience given the circumstances, and that was due to the two ladies at the front making it so easy to get in and get looked at which was greatly appreciated. I will continue to use this location whenever the need may arise. Thank you!

The people who work at the front desk are terribly rude. I tried to get information about my last visit and she refused to give me any information at all. Would not even do a security screening so I could prove it was me. So basically now it's going to be impossible for me to get insurance right now because I need the last date of my visit with them. It was awhile ago, so it would have been really nice for someone to actually help. She was terribly rude with me, considering I don't live in the area anymore, now I need to take public transit to get a date. Won't ever be going there again.

No wait, saw Dr. Onwumelu for about 2 minutes about a recurring issue (inner ear infection?).

Diagnosed me so fast he nearly scratched my ear while checking it, no exaggeration. My ear was red from otc ear drops, but he didn't even give me time to tell him.

I shouldn't have subjected him to confirmation bias by suggesting a diagnosis prior... but he's a doctor for peetsake!

just because you aren't feeling well and have anxieties around receiving healthcare doesn't mean you have to give the office staff a hard time. They're not the ones in charge of how soon you see the doctor, and regardless of your condition, everyone receives equal care. If you want to pay to get to the front of the line, move to the states.
