Mountain Glow Tan And Spa

I would like to say that everyone that worked there was super friendly however I had a bad first experience. I got my eyelashes tinted for the first time but there was dye stuck under my eyes as well. We tried scrubbing it off at the salon But i was told to try at home. It wasn't until I tried for a bit at home that I realized that the hairs under my eye, on my face was dyed as well. The only solution was shaving under my eyes. I also had a reaction from trying to scrub the dye off and now have scars under my eyes. Definitely won't be getting the tint done again!

Always a great experience at Mountain Glow. I go for brow tint and shellac because Chelsea is amazing! It's close to work and home and she's very flexible when I try and come during my lunch hour! Thanks so much - recommend for sure.

Recently visited Mountain Glow Tan and Spa and absolutely loved my time there. I got a mani-pedi with gel nails by Chelsea and I could not be happier with the way my nails turned out. On top of the amazing service was great conversation which made my experience that more pleasurable. If I am ever in Canmore again I will stop at this salon in a heartbeat!

The owner is amazing so nice and loving +caring

The owner is very inflexible with the suntanning minutes. I inquired 2 years ago, if they had a family package and they do not, so you have to buy minutes for each member of the household. My husband and I went and it was all good. Then last year, our son wanted to try the tanning beds, and after one use did not want to go anymore. So, I paid $100.00 with my credit card and the owner absolutely refuses my husband and I to use our son's minutes. We have 55 minutes left on his usage. I would not recommend this business at all. In a small town we expect some sort of flexibility, but that is not forthcoming from the owner. I have never seen such inflexibility in Canmore with any other type of business. I know she had one problem a while ago, but I have even asked her if my son would sign over his minutes (by the way, did I mention I paid for those minutes) to us if we could use them then. Our son has moved away and cannot make the commitment anymore either, so now she has my money and won't let my husband and I use the 55 minutes that I've paid for. There is another tanning business in town at Prestige Flair, they do family packages, I would recommend going there.
