Working with methodologies learned from the Ido Portal method, Move to Move is the first facility of its kind in Canada, offering Physiotherapy, Massage, and Movement training.

MOVE TO MOVE is training facility in Calgary, Canada. We have created this space for anyone who wants to explore the full capability of their body.

Our team of teachers and practitioners have a diverse background in movement and are highly influenced by the Ido Portal method.
