Moxie'S Grill & Bar

Classy and upscale. With a nice restaurant area and a very classy separate bar/lounge. You pick your seat. Service is good with lots of drinks and food on the menu. Fairly quick service too, even when they were busy. Delicious food! Nice thing is they are open late too.

Excellent service Friendly staff. Best burger I think I have ever had (loaded burger ) and the brownie desert was delicious. Only one complaint and that is the staff should be trained on handling food vouchers or communication between the hotel and the restaurant is extremely bad. But the Manager of the Restaurant made everything better considering my stressful week. Very friendly and helpful. Thank You.

I went to this Moxie's location tonight as I'm here for work training. I arrived late and ordered the Alfredo with chicken. When I received my food, I noticed my chicken was under-cooked, so I requested to have my meal re-made but this time without chicken. The server, Janae, was very apologetic and got the kitchen to make up a new dish right away. While I was waiting, the manager came up to me and apologized as well, but I assured him that it was okay, and that it happens... it would have just needed a little more time on the grill, no worries. I got my new dish, delicious!! It tasted great with the house wine. When I went to settle up, they had taken care of the entire bill for me. Amazing customer service and I will definitely be returning and would recommend to others. Thank you. :-)

Food was amazing. Pot stickers and mosaic dip. However, my friend and I went to catch up and we could hardly get a few sentences in before we were interrupted by overly courteous staff. It was too much. Our server came the perfect amount. We didn't need to talk to another server, the manager and the host (three times). We won't be going back, so I'm hoping we can find some copy cat recipe for the dip!

This is an amazing location! I went here with a friend and it was outstanding! We had the honey garlic chicken wings to start, oh man! My friend, being a certified chef, asked questions about the sauce and the server brought out beautiful Quinn, the head sous-chef! She was very charming and answered all our questions! She even surprised us with dessert on the house! What a kind soul! Delicious and great staff!

Moxie's is a step-up from a classic sport bar & grill. The menu features plenty of options from burgers and fries to steak, pizzas and pastas. There is sure to be something for everyone in a group. They have gluten free options and allow substitutions and swaps outs (for a nominal charge.) This particular location is very convenient to the hotels near the airport. The lounge area is nice, but loud with televisions and music playing.

Labelled as test kitchen, not sure if it's also a training location but quality and especially service is hit and miss. On a good night this is definitely 5 stars on both counts but as frequent customer for the past couple years there have been several times service was non existent, food quality only occasionally suffered though.

All that said, I still eat here regularly, sometimes 5 or more times a month and prefer it over most of the similar choices nearby.

I come here very often, about once a week and service is usually great, much better food and service than the steakhouse next door but was disappointed in the service I received today. My portion was much smaller than usual, and the lack of concern was appalling, not once was I asked if my food tasted ok, and when I was finished I was just offered the dessert menu and given my bill. Normally my servers ask if everything was ok & bring a machine to the table (unless it is busy I don't mind) it was not just at all I was handed my bill & paid at the front. The only time my server came back was when my wine glass was empty, otherwise I just got a few side glimpses. It wasn't so much the food that bothered me as the lack of hospitality as I choose to come here compared to other places because of how you are treated but it's greatly declined in the last few months at this particular location. For the price it's better to drive across the road to other restaurants.

Great server-i wished i remember her name! Went there with my whole family and couple of friends in October 2016. Right after I arrived from a long trip. Food was amazing and she was very knowledgeable -even though she was new ! Having a good server just makes your experience a lot better!
