Three hour wait to get in and only 4 cars ahead of me.... not the fastest service but very courteous.

They did some services on my car last week. The most positive point was their clear cost policy and going through the issues and costs before and after the service. So there was no misunderstanding or surprise and everything was clear. The next positive point is, this branch is a drive through so you are in the car when they work on your car and almost can see their work. They also show you the new parts before installation and show you the old ones after taking it out.
The time estimation wasn’t accurate an I waited for about 4 hours instead of the initial 1.5 hour estimation.
They flushed the coolant system and I still smell the coolant fluid in the cabin because their mechanic poured a lot of coolant fluid on different parts under the hood, and it is not going away.
Generally I recommend this place.

Despite this location being busy upon arrival, I greatly appreciated they had a peppy fellow running out to check on everyone and offer beverages during the wait. Savvy, swift, superb service, worth waiting for, even during their busy hours. Will certainly come back to this location henceforth!

Went in to have winter tires mounted. Was told it would be a 2.5 hour wait, but that I could leave the vehicle there, and come back when it was done. 3 hours later, I return, and they're just getting started on my vehicle (it's now 8pm). About 20 minutes in, one of the techs hits himself in the face with a crowbar trying to remove a tire from one of my wheels. I was extremely sympathetic, and understood it would take a bit longer, since he had to stop work, and the other tech had to go it alone. The gentleman that hit himself in the face, after he has cleaned up, and realized the injury wasn't all that bad, says to me, "well don't be upset you have to wait a while longer, we have to clean up after you leave still, so it's worse for us". I finally get out of there at 9:30pm, and return home to find a missing centre cap on one of my wheels, and another wheel with huge scuff marks all over it from the tire machine. The level of incompetence at this location was astounding.

Great friendly staff. However, I was told today that the wait time was 30 mins. I was there for 2 hours. I brought a 15 dollar off coupon and the guy asked if I had anynore because there are ones for free wipers. I said No, he said too bad and walked on.
But disappointment. I was going to go to a different one but couldn't back up.

#Polite, #quick, and #FriendlyStaff. I didn't feel any pressure to get additional service done. I would highly recommend this shop. Only one thing I noticed, #oil_change price a little bit expensive comparing with others.

They have a weird policy where if you're in a lane next up, and the car in the other lane is going to wait longer than you, they require you to completely shuffle car order to switch that car in front of you. Seems unnecessary. Waited 1.5 hours in line and had to leave due to other plans.

I take my Appliance Service van here for oil changes. They are fast and efficient. Free coffee!

Quick simple oil changes as well as other vehicle fluids. Just be sure you know what you want ahead of time as they mildly suggest other maintenance items not very pushy but be ready fair prices for drive through service
