Very quick and friendly. Great coupon deals too that will save you real money. While they will offer to sell you additional services as needed, they haven't recommended or tried to sell me anything my car didn't actually need, and even made sure to check the air filter they installed during the previous oil change and confirm it was still good for many more KMs. Very low sales pressure, and they don't complain if you say: "No, not today" on additional services. Their e-mail and customer info system is very good as well, maybe sending you 1 or 2 messages a month to offer deals - not too annoying or excessive. They pay for themselves easily just by offering the inspection and service suggestions alongside a basic oil change. Speed wise, they are quick, but not in a rush. Give yourself 30-50 minutes and enjoy the paper if there's a line-up, but that's still well within reason for a busy location. Just got my 5th oil change there, and will definitely be going back.

Terrible staff not trust worthy you broke my rear window wiper I tried getting out as the man reassured me nothing was wrong !!! Nothing just broke your wiper and it's going to cost me over 200$ for your mistake. What ever you do don't get your oil changed at this location we have so many options for getting oil changed out these days why go with people like this suck bs you run shops this way and get away with it well you know I haven't come back you your location even tho it's the closest location I'll go out of my way to make sure I get proper service and care...

I come here regularly for my oil changes. Friendly staff and a consistent level service I can expect at each visit. Sometime I get a little pressured into doing some of the extras but not nearly as bad as most shops.

I definitely do not recommend this place the last time I was there they never checked all my fluids I had to buy windshield wiper fluid the next day they kept on Switching stuff there was three different people that worked on my vehicle that day the wait is about half an hour to get in it is not worth going
