Mr. Lube

Brought my 2012 Altima in for service in May and got around over $600 worth of things done. At that time, service seemed fine however i brought it again to get an oil change and i was told there was an oil leak on my pan. Though they did not charge me, however, my mechanic told me that the oil leak was because they didn't screw the oil drain bolt properly. While i was there i asked them to re-verify everything they said and almost everything was a lie. They did not replace the oil filter with a nissan oem one as charged. The supposed rad flush was not done properly, the oil was regular and not synthetic as asked. He could not assess the twice transmission flush but i am sure that was not done properly either. I will never go to this place and what they say about these express oil change places is absolutely true.

Pulled up before the shop opened, an employee interrupted his opening to run out and let me know it would be a few minutes while they opened up.

Once inside the service was fast, the tech was knowledgable, friendly and informative. At no point did I feel that I was being unnecessarily upsold on anything. Will definitely return.

I have been using services of this specific location for some time now and always had a good service until the last time. A few days ago, instead of getting a better deal on a couple of services I needed, I was given a huge lecture about how they don't have to give any special deals since I have to have these services done anyway, and that the only deals they will offer are the once with coupons. This wasn't enough for this particular employee and he went into explaining to me how the grocery shopping is done and about the life in general. Very disappointing customer service to say the least.

I almost exclusively go to the dealership to have my oil changed. But when I need a quick change before a road-trip I find this Mr Lube location to be top-notch.
They top up windshield fluids, tire air pressure check, and they price out everything you may/may not need or want. Really well trained crew working here!

Great place for an oil change. Had to wait for about ten minutes, but once I was in, their customer service was fantastic. It was very easy to understand what options were available, they were clear and polite with their instructions. Definitely going here for my regular oil changes and tire rotations.

Staff is rude. Today one of the lady supervisor came to explain about oil leak in my car. She don't know how to explain politely, just ordering me what to do. She can't be bossy towards customers.

They tried to rip me off at this specific location. They charged me for an air filter that I had said no to. I had to go back to the shop and demand my money back. The supervisor reluctantly gave me the money back; however, the employee did not receive a reprimand while I was there. I won't go back to that location. I wonder if all locations practice this scam. Have I ever received new air filter or was I always scammed by Mr. Lube?

Always pleasant and quick to help. I had an engine light come on after my oil change. They took care of me right away, no hassle and free of charge! Will definitely recommend them. Love this location, I won't go anywhere else.

When we were asked to wait out side the woman was a bit rude and short with us. Didn't come out of the shop to offer coffee or newspaper while we wait. Then we drove in and she was much happier. Gave our child a colouring book and interacted a bit. Though didn't do a through check of filter etc. Service took a long time. Not the best Mr. lube I have been not but not absolutely terrible.
