Friendly staff, however the wait was long (1 hour). My vin was scanned, she saw the code for the oil and said (oh what's that?) I told her Mobil 1 premium synthetic. I asked (you have this oil correct?) She said yes.

Proceeded to remove my oil filter and drain the oil, at that point she started to punch the code into the computer only to realize they do not have the oil I need in stock.

I am stuck accepting a subpar oil.

I go to this place for oil change and am always happy with their service. They also changed my car's battery and winter tire without booking an appointment in advace. They are open during the weekend. Great service.

Today I came into Mr Lube with a bad tire and Grady advised that I should not drive on this one. It just so happened that I had just picked up my new winter tires so they just switched them out. And this was all explained to me. It was so refreshing to find someone that was thinking of my safety and did not want me to drive away with a bad tire.

I just wanted to say thank you to Grady and Larry and all the guys that work their what your service meant to me today. You are all amazing and showed such professionalism that even though I live miles away from your location I will be back.

If you guys don’t know how to put the engine air filter cover back to its original position, don’t even open it!!! I had my SUV running for a long time with the engine air filter cover half opened. I find so many stone inside my engine air filter cabinet. Now I just hope there wasn’t any stone got into my engine!!! They charged me 180 for a V8 engine, that’s even more than the dealer. Will never be back.

Check other reviews, I ain’t the only one says that they don’t know how to properly put back the engine air filter cover.

Whoever comes to this shop, make sure check your engine air filter cover as soon as you get out of this shop.

I have used this location many times for just oil changes. They are quick and polite. They noticed a crack in a line that was missed at the dealership. Today I went into switch tires. They can switch tires off the rim, which I find extremely useful for the location. I would recommend anyone to use this location.

Everyone was very nice, however, they try to up sell a lot though. I have never said "No thank you" so many times at a different Mr. Lube. There are certain things I do myself, and use my dealership for. The fact that they said "We are cheaper" is not a fact at all. I save money at Honda. All I needed was an oil change, they just push push push for more.

Didn't try to upsell me, and showed me everything they were doing. Friendly service.

Very good service. They will try to sell you everything they can so make sure you know what you want before going in and make sure your the type of person that's able to say 'no' cause they're trained to sell you as much stuff as they can. Very fast and efficient you'll be in and out in no time.

This place is awesome, good customer service and they know what they are talking about and next time you go there ask for Louie, Brian or Duncan

Omg this place is amazing, everyone was friendly and my service advisor just finished his training and was already helping me with services that I didn't even know my vehicle need, had no idea my truck had a fuel filter or that cars had them in the first place along with like 4 other major services aside from the oil change and air filters. Definitely worth the wait and money, got offered coffee and newspaper while waiting to be brought into a bay so I wouldn't be completely board which was nice. Staff was outstanding and very quick, was very impressed by how well they worked together was told I would in for about just over an hour because of how many services I wanted done and was out in less than 45 minutes with the other 2 bays full, I appreciate how my advisor only suggested the services and asked if I wanted details about them and didn't try to push anything on me when I said I would think about it for a minute he went off and continued his job and waited for me to call him over to tell him if I wanted them done or not, I will definitely be going back here to this specific location from now on, definitely worth the quality service and staff.
