Mr. Lube

Very nice employees. They try to help you out the best they can. It's a first come first serve basis, so sometimes there can be long lines.

Always organized and efficient. I've been going to this location for about five years.

Had an oil change here yesterday and it was such an easy, simple, and fast experience.

Adrian was so professional and knowledgable, and just genuinely so nice and friendly. He really made it an amazing experience.

The rest of the crew was great as well!

Will definitely be back!

So happy I came here, not only did I get an oil change but they gave me an extensive list of what was wrong with my vehicle; something I never received anywhere else. Meaning they actually did an inspection on my vehicle. The staff were super awesome and although they were young, they were mature. Thanks for the service!

Went for an oil change today and was told it would be a 5 minute wait. There was only one car in front of us in each of the bays.

After 15, then 25 and 30 minutes we still were not in and no one had come to talk with us to give any further explanation or timeline. They initially offered a newspaper, coffee or water which was nice - but we weren't happy that there was no follow-up and even after 30 minutes no indication of how much longer we would have to wait.

We cannot comment on the actual service - as we left after 30 minutes.

I like Mr Lube for quick and quality service. But yesterday they broke a TPMS sensor from my Infiniti G37 while doing a tire changeover. They asked me to come the next day to meet Dustin for fixing it. Dustin was defensive the entire argument and was making me angry after every useless statement. Finally I uttered the word "loser" that gave him a free pass to kick me out of the store.

Here I am with a broken TPMS sensor in my hand and other evidence of the conduct. And Dustin refused to give me a written statement saying they will reimburse the cost of replacement if I were to get it done at a different place.

I always bring my car to this Mr. Lube because they are so friendly and helpful.

Love this location. Very helpful staff. I've always had good experiences with Mr.Lube in the past, but the staff at this location always seem to be just that little bit more helpful and informative.
