Do not want to recommend this shop. Very rude staff and they don’t even know how to behave.

The guys helped quick and let me know what was wrong right away

I have had two experiences so far and both went extremely well. Heading in tomorrow for an oil change.

I just want to create awareness that a visit to this location is definitely not advisable. Besides the fact that I used to be a former employee of this store and quit because of unethical practices, beware that the staff in this location for the most part do not have any mechanical experience. Not all services that should be done are actually performed, especially courtesy checks. Also don't be surprised if you get a cold shoulder from the staff and manager here once they damage your car. I had my engine damaged after bringing it in for an oil change and nothing has been done by the owner or the company. I had to replace my car engine with my own money even though the damage wasn't my fault. Also, do not trust all the reviews of this store as some of the reviews are false. the review written by Shelby Wiltshire is definitely false as he is an employee of this store and doesn't even own a car or have his drivers license! Furthermore, not all the technicians have their drivers license when I worked there, and some of them are still working there... with that being said, if you must go to this location to get service on your vehicle, I strongly recommend requiring Don Green to work on your vehicle, he is the only one with enough experience to do the service properly or if you are able to, go to the location in Sherwood Park. The technicians there are much better to deal with and most have done some sort of apprenticeship for automotive (I worked at this location too). Overall i would recommend avoiding this location to save headaches.

My experience at Mr.lube in clarview was exelent they serviced my car many times and they took car of my car and let me know of anything need and they were very good at there job amazing crew there I would recommend going to them very happy. Thanks!!
