I have practiced exclusively in the area of criminal defence law since 1992 and am a member of the Law Societies of Alberta and British Columbia.

I have practiced exclusively in the area of criminal defence law since 1992 and am a member of the Law Societies of Alberta and British Columbia. I have appeared in every level of court in the country, including the Supreme Court of Canada, and have also appeared before administrative bodies such as the Driver Control Board, Transportation Safety Board and the Law Enforcement Review Board. Furthermore, I have been a guest instructor for LESA (Legal Education Society of Alberta) on several occasions, including the "Intensive Trial Advocacy" program. I have also been a guest lecturer for the Bar Admission course in Alberta and have participated as a volunteer instructor with the University of Calgary Student Legal Assistance.
