Mural Mosaic began in 2003 under the lead of visual artist Lewis Lavoie and in collaboration with Phil Alain from Night of Artists and Paul Lavoie. The trio have had the pleasure of working with thousands of artists globally including such notables as Joe Fafard, Roy Henry Vickers, Bill Lishman, Robert Bateman, Wyland, and many more.
Such notable guest participants in past murals include William Shatner, Mike Myers, Dan Aykroyd, The Barenaked Ladies Kevin Hearn.

Notable unveilings include the 2010 Winter Olympics and the 2005 Royal Visit unveiling for Queen Elizabeth II.
