A little disappointed with my first experience at Murale. I went to pay for an item and there was an older lady standing at the till (might have been manager?) doing something on an iPad. She did not look up or acknowledge me, despite me standing right in front of her. So I asked "Can I pay for this here...?" and she just turned her head and called to one of the young staff to come do it. I don't know why she couldn't have helped me?? That being said, the young girl who helped me at the till eventually was very friendly and professional. I went in a second time to return that same product, and the young girl who helped me at the till that time was also very professional. Both times when I walked in, younger staff did greet me and ask if I needed any help. So the young staff is good, but I was really thrown off by the negative interaction with the older staff member.

Terrible service. As we all know all high end skincare when you spend more than $200 plus you get complimentary samples; the representatives there will never even offer you one single sample even if you spend 400 plus. Very sad I would like to know what they are doing with those samples since they are for customer who are buying.
