I am a personal trainer certified with Mount Royal University since 2007. I am currently training out of Tri Fit Gym in Airdrie. I offer one on one, small or large group training. Home or gym fitness programs. I also specialize in Equestrian Rider fitness training. If you need to improve your overall health, cardio, balance, strength or improve your riding abilities and your horses balance I am here to help you!
