MCCF is an organization made up of 11 individuals chosen to be on board through an electoral process.
2 Individuals from every quadrants + 1 from City of Brooks.
MCCF is a platform through which community affairs are managed. MCCF director and chair are responsible for creating operational policies that will reflect the community direction and its vision. MCCF also provides a face of the community for public relations purpose. It represents the unified voice of Muslims in the City of Calgary and surrounding Areas

All the Muslim families of Airdrie are invited for a complimentary lunch on Sunday, 16 September 2018, after Dhuhr. It is being organized by the Board of Directors of the Airdrie Islamic Centre. This is in continuation of opening ceremony of Airdrie Islamic School.
Further to our previous announcement to perform Joma at CIS - OBK, this is to inform you that after due consultation with the Palliser regional schools administration, the school Council, the school principal, and the parents; we have decided to postpone having Joma prayer at OBK. We will update you on the issue once we have a new date insha’Allah.
#ASAF or @All Sports Alberta Foundation organized an exhibition basketball game with Calgary Fire Fighters on Sunday at Edgemont Community Centre. This was a thriller from start to finish. Under the leadership of Mohammad Khalid and other coaches including Abubakar, Ali Sethi, Khalid Saad, Mahmoud, Wejdaan, these kids have trained well. We must continue to create opportunities for our youth where ever and whenever possible. Thanks to ASAF team, its president Mohammad Pasha an...d the executive board for doing an amazing job for creating opportunities for boys and girls in areas of basketball, soccer, martial arts, cricket, table tennis, hunting and archery, riding. We are moving forward in developing winter sports as well including skiing. People who have performed hajj in 2018 can attend for free with up to five family members. Please call Sr. Shahnaz to reserve your spot.
For anyone who has not performed Hajj in 2018, tickets are $10 per person.
