Helpful staff. So bright and pleasant in store!

Couldn't wait to see the grand reopening this past week. VERY DISAPPOINTED! The store has lost it's cozy feel. Before the renos you would walk in and be enveloped in the thrill of fabrics, sample quilts, etc. Now you walk into a sales pitch for machines and notions. Fabric is found on the side walls, almost as an afterthought. No longer on my list of QUILTING stores to visit.

Super friendly for the most part, like to know what projects you're making, and how they're going. They are also okay with me coming in and crying in front of the really expensive embroidery machines that I can't afford at the moment but really want. It's appreciated.

They sell many types of fabric as well as sewing and embroidery machines. Good customer service.

Great store for anyone who sews or quilts. Good quality fabric with knowledgeable staff. They also offer classes from beginners to those with years of experience. They can help you pick fabrics and match them and help give advice on which quilt to make.

The store: Clean and well organized, staff readily available and willing to help.
I personally liked the selection of fabrics here. So many styles and patterns to choose from and far better selection than what I had seen at fabric land.

The experience: As a novice with a sewing machine, the wonderful staff helped me navigate through the store, explaining different materials I could use for my project and also suggested the appropriate needle and thread that would best suit my needs. The ladies were so informative, I left there feeling supported and confident that my experimental project will succeed! Can't wait to return. :)
