Myorthodontist Aspen Landing

Couldn't be happier with our experience at myorthodontist - quality of care is obviously a priority. At the consultation we were presented with multiple treatment options, and explanations as to the pros/cons of each. We had consultations at two other orthodontists and weren't given half as much information on treatment and their fees were higher!

My experience with my daughter at myORTHODONTIST with Dr Dhol was absolutely amazing. She started treatment there when she was quite young (younger than I thought someone should even go for a consultation for orthodontics!) and went through what he referred to as "airway centric" orthodontics. Something I had no clue about but am sure happy that I was told about! My daughter is now a healthy happy teenager and finished with orthodontics... ready to take on the world with her gorgeous smile :) Thanks so much to the whole team.

This office is stunning! I love the area and visiting this team is a pleasure, always freshly baked cookies when we arrive and a positive atmosphere. Highly recommend anyone looking for quality treatment that's affordable.

I really appreciated high quality treatment I got at MyOrthodontist with dr Yu. However, since he left, they now have one single orthodontist (dr Dhol) running not one but two clinics in different parts of Calgary. It's impossible to get a hold of them by phone, let alone schedule an appointment in under 2 months. I'm seriously having second thoughts about continuing my treatment there, despite having paid in advance for the whole course.

I haven't felt compelled to write a review until now. My daughter started treatment under Dr. Cho and shortly after, she was replaced by Dr. Yu. That whole experience was traumatic enough. Now suddenly we are introduced to a new doctor who seems aloof, doesn't spend time explaining anything, and is impossible to schedule appointments with. I am disappointed with the rapid changes to staff and the lack of communication.

We have only visited the office twice to plan and start the treatment process on my daughter's teeth; all I can say is the amazing staff, welcoming front desk; clean and inviting sitting area, very friendly and trustable Dr. Josrph Yu; overall great experience so far; everything perfect; I was also amazed with the achievements of Dr. Yu when I read his biography; I have heard many good things about this place and its 100% true; I definitely recommend this place to all of our friends.

The office is a friendly inviting area, the staff is amazing and they provided everything we were looking for.

When I got my very first consultation the staff made me feel very comfortable about being there. When they're talking about your treatment they really pay attention to what your needs are and really walk you through it step by step. The rewards program is a great idea.
