Went in for a consult as my dentist referred my son for treatment. The front desk and other assistants gave a good impression to me but dr. dohl rushed in for a quick 5 minute explanation and brushed me off. You would think that something as expensive as braces warrants a more thorough consultation...

My Orthodontist was the location we visited for a consult for my 7--yr-old daughter. The two experiences didn't even compare. My Orthodontist did a very thorough assessment and then we met with the orthodontist who quoted a price for the complete treatment - all in the same day. They worked with me regarding payment, both in payment structure as well as working with our benefits company. My kids are always thrilled to visit the office due to the welcoming atmosphere and activities. Siblings are never bored waiting and I get a tea or chai too! My experience with all staff has been wonderful and my daughters mouth is 200% improved already! The work has been incredibly efficient and I am so glad we chose to visit My Orthodontist.

From the moment i made an appointment till the moment i left this place it was AMAZING every single employee was friendly constantly smiling and overall just happy. They made me feel welcome as well as took concern for my thought concerns and questions. I had a previous quote at another ortho place and they wanted to charge me 3000 more then my quote with Dr. Dohl. They also did scans on my teeth to show me how my teeth would look when they were completed and also so that i did not have to do them on the day of getting my braces. Customer service 10/10 and the pricing was better then other offices i have visited. Dr Dohl is advanced and seems to love his job. Very happy with my experience.
