My 24 year old daughter was a patient from the age of 12. After a serious jaw injury when she was 7 she needed a Jaw replacement but Dr. Harfield had to get her teeth positioned properly first. He has been so kind and thorough. All the staff at the office are professional and so friendly. Thank you so much for all the years of excellent care and friendship. You guys are the best!
Loved it. They made my shy 9 year old daughter feel comfortable. Explained what was happening in a way us non-doctors can understand. I really liked the email follow ups. The birthday email they sent my daughter made her day, very thoughtful.
I was extremely impressed with Harfield Orthodontics. Right from the booking procedure to the actual appointment and followup email all communication and interaction with staff was professional, friendly and caring. I was blown away by Dr.Harfield who took time out of his extremely busy day to talk to us, share stories about interests ask my son about his holidays and truly care about his response and shared a personal side of him. I am looking so forward to working with Dr. Harfield and their staff for many years to come!
