Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had! At first they were very nice and professional however they gave me the wrong advice in terms of keeping my unit clean and then accused me of not following their instructions when my unit continuously stopped working and needed repair every 6 weeks. They are certainly not experts in De'Longhi products and I would not recommend following their care advice - I honestly think they were just trying to push the sale of their products. When I eluded to the fact that I believed that their advice was biased, they got very defensive and aggressive with me and basically yelled me out of their store. I will certainly be speaking to someone at De'Longhi about my experience and hope that they will no longer recommend this establishment. I would certainly not recommend this business to anyone!

My friend is asking me if I know someone who sell best coffee machine at Calgary. It was really great that I've found this store. Nice price deal and nice customer service. One of the best kitchen appliances store in Calgary. Keep it up!

I have memories of coming here as a teen with my parents. At 33 I came back to fix my espresso machine, and he remembered me...and the name of my parents. AND, he fixed the espresso machine brilliantly.

Excellent service

This business is the best. They are really courteous and will bend over backwards to help you find any part or do any repair to please the customer. I had a part that was really hard to find and they were able to find it for me. I would recommend them over any business of the same kind. Great people to work with.

Myric has no customer service to speak off, the women that answers the phone is rude and abrupt, she doesn't know the meaning of being polite or customer service. The technician looks like he lives in a cardboard box out back, he is rude, I mean screaming "get this out of my shop" rude! I took my coffee machine in, It needed a knew heating element, how did I know this I took the back off and saw that it was leaking, because the water was filling the trough not the cup. So I called Myric to see if they fix Delonghi machines, and against my better judgement after being insulted by this women that answered the phone, only because they where close to the house I choose to go to Myric. I did not a fix the side of the machine back on, it is 6 screws, why the tech. was only going to remove them anyways. The women had a fit that the side was off and ran to the back, the tech came out, scream at me to get that machine out of the shop, and would I look under the hood of my car before I took it to the mechanic? Of course I would, what a stupid think to say! Please DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS, THEY ARE RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, THEY DO NOT DESERVE THE PATRONAGE!

I have always found them to be very helpful and knowledgeable. I hate throwing things out if they can be repaired and we have used them many times for parts and repairs. Thelma is the main person I have dealt with and she is awesome.
