Nail Candi & Spa

There are many nail salons within a 2km radius of this area but I will always choose Nail Candi. Every 3 months I take my daughter here to get her nails done while I get a pedi (yes, men need to take care of their skin as well). The staff here are attentative and are always asking how my daughter and I are doing to ensure that we are comfortable and are getting exactly what we want. They take the time to keep my daughter engaged so she doesn't get restless. The ambiance is modern and the massage chairs are great! I highly recommend this place. You won't be disappointed!

The first thing I noticed as I walked in was how clean and modern the place looked. Not only were staff very welcoming, it was clear that they were well trained in their services and in keeping things clean and sanitized. The girls always do an amazing job on my nails and I always get so many compliments! Definitely recommend!!!

My 12 year old granddaughter had a very very bad manicure, was told to hurry up and pick her colors because" I have people after you" really...... they were walk ins and we had appointments. She did my other granddaughters nails first and they were beautiful. The 12 year olds nails were a mess, not sure if she was having a bad day or just doesn't like 12 year olds. Laura and the other, I think owner, were so gracious and so apologetic when I complained, Laura redid her nails after insisting on it , what a wonderful person and what a beautiful job! We will be back, will not let one bad technician keep us away, The rest of the girls are so friendly and they bent over backwards to fix the problem, even throwing in nail diamonds free to make a little girl from Phoenix very happy.

I've been going here for 2 years they are awesome and im always complimented on my nails. They are not dirty very clean. My mother in law also goes here on a regular basis and also loves the service

I walked in and they were able to take me right away. Asked for shallac with some pearls on my cuticle line of one nail on each hand. They did a great job, exactly what I wanted, was in and out in maybe 35 min and they were really friendly. The price was good and this is week 3 with no chips or peeling. I’m super happy and going to come back very soon to get my nails done again.

I have been seeing Emily since October last year and have had more compliments on my nails in 3 months then I have ever had. She is super fast and does a great job. The shop is beautiful and the ladies are always smiling and friendly. Best nails around ❤

I bought a spa package to Nail Candi & Spa for my boyfriend's mom, his sister, and myself. It was my first time - and what a wonderful experience it was! The staff are so friendly, and they treated me like a princess! We all got manicures and pedicures for a great price too!

Growing up in Calgary, I have visited a lot of nail salons. This place does one of the best pedicures, manicures and shellac/gel applications. You really can tell the difference. Lasts forever too so you don't waste money touching up every two weeks. The nail techs all pay attention to detail, take their time, and the environment of the salon just makes it so worth it to come here to be pampered. I see Laura to get my nails done and she is definitely a perfectionist and super gentle at the same time. Over 350 shellac colors to choose from. Will definitely be back!

Best salon I've ever visited! The service is excellent, friendly staff and the salon is very bright, clean and very well decorated!!

Will go back each and every time I need a fill, eyebrow wax or pedicure!

I d cid d to go here due to the location and found Katie (spelling?) She is careful, but not slow, very friendly and does a great job! Many compliments on my nails and she has also waxed my brows which turned out very nice and shaped to my liking. All in all good job

Very disappointed! Customer service was bad.. she rushed doing my nails and you can definitely see it.. not worth the money!

Terrible pedicure experience. I was rushed in because the girl had an appointment after 5 minutes. She didn't even bother cutting or filing my nails. She applied polish all over my cuticles. My feet now look worse than when I got in. I basically paid $35 for a hack job.

My granddaughter phoned and made an appointment. When she went in for 5:45 she was told that someone had come in and they took her instead. They wanted her to make another appointment for another day but there is no way this is going to happen. I will not be going there again and I will make sure all my friends who go there do not either. Very poor customer service.

I normally don't write poor reviews but we had such a terrible experience with our pedicures. I booked an appointment for two pedicures at 430, we were not even acknowledged until 445 and not started till 450. They did us one at a time not together so our entire appointment was almost an hour and a half. They did a terrible job at painting the nails as it began to chip off the next day. Not to mention they cut my toe nails crooked and uneven. The other pedicure her feet were still dry and rough after the appointment. It was not worth the money spent.

I like the shape of my nails. That's about it. I have shellac all over my hands and fingers and was told it will "wash" off. Parts of my nails do not even have Polish or top coat and a simple nail design I wanted was unachievable. Very disappointing.

UPDATE: EVER SINGLE NAIL HAS NOW BROKEN. I have called four time to talk to a manager since I got them done last Tuesday. I keep getting told the manager is not in and to call back. They have also hung up on me twice now. Excellent customer service
