Been to a million different nail salons in the city and Nail It hands down is the best and I will never go anywhere else.

I haven't had good experiences at this salon. Although the girls are really friendly my shellac manicures never last more than a week at the most without chipping. I usually got an express manicure, so I tried the gold thinking that maybe it would last longer. It did not - my nail got an enormous chip 3 days after my appointment. I won't be going back. Maybe they are much better at acrylic.

Had a great experience. Clean and nicely decorated. All the girls there were very sweet. I got a beautiful new set of nails, with a great design. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for and I'm really happy with the results.

I came in to this salon with my nails a total disaster looking to get a fill and for those of us who get their nails done on a regular basis it is SO hard to find someone willing to put The time and effort into making sure you leave happy and love your nails... Diana did my nails and without having to take all my nails off and restart she transformed me in a short matter of 2 hours and made me feel SO good leaving the salon, the level of cleanliness and just flat out kindness I received from Ana and her staff really is worth these 5 stars, I recommend nail it to any woman who's been getting their nails done for a long time and wants to feel beautiful and refreshed when they leave. THANKS NAIL IT !!!!

I've been going there for several months now, and I really like it. The staff are friendly and do their best to accommodate everyone. I get my acrylic nails done by Rida, and I really appreciate how skillful and meticulous she is. She asks me regularly throughout each appointment if I am satisfied with my nails, so if I were to ever leave unhappy with them it would be my own fault for not speaking up.

Myself and three of my friends decided that we wanted to try this salon, as it is close to our work. We each made appointments and attended separately.
We all had a similar experience where we made appointments, showed up, waited 20+ minutes to be taken in for our SCHEDULED appointments, and were then rushed through our appointments.
In my case, a person who walked in off the street without an appointment asking for the same thing I had booked 2 weeks in advance, was seen before I was.
In one of my friend's case, it was her birthday and she had booked an appointment for a lunch hour pedicure. She specifically asked upon booking if this could be done within the hour and was told it could be. When she arrived at the salon she waited for 25 minutes before they told her to come to the back, and when she expressed concern about time they advised they could do it really quickly. She left, as she didn't want a poor quality rushed pedicure.

This is not the experience I would expect to have at a salon in the Down Town Core. People downtown are business professionals who make appointments to fit in their busy schedules. Nail It should either only take appointments and stick to their schedule, or only take walk-in clients.

There were 3 of us getting nails done for a wedding and we had an amazing experience. The technician shaped my nails perfectly and was not pushy of getting extra services. They had a wonderful selection of shellac colours and the space was very clean.

Great! I never write reviews but this place is amazing Rida does my nails and she is always checking to make sure they are perfect and that I'm happy and you get your own baggie with a nail file and buffer. The place is clean and everyone is friendly. This is now my new regular place. Prices are great for a downtown salon would 100% recommend to any one.

This salon is so beautiful inside and the staff are so lovely and welcoming. I was on crutches and they helped me to my seat and made sure I was comfortable. My sister and I had Megan and Rida do our nails for us. Every step of the way they were making sure we were happy and providing us with suggestions. Would definitely come back here. They also do threading which I didn't know about.
