Seeking lenders for a campgrounds, 45 minutes NW of Edmonton.
Banks do not fund construction -- they recommend private investors. So I am seeking private investors for a unique back-to-nature campground. Your 1 to 3 year investment is completely covered by the value of the developed land.

I invite you to visit the land that will become Nakamun Oasis Campground and RV Park. * walk in the forest * listen to the birds... * watch the water and know that these will be there after development is complete.

A novel feature of Nakamun Oasis campsites: people in the site cannot see the roads, and vice versa. And each site is around 0.5 acres -- up to 10Ã the space of other campgrounds. Back-to-nature privacy and ambiance.
