naniBee is a childcare agency that serves families in Calgary, Alberta. As fellow parents, we were inspired to develop this service after searching for a nanny to care for our own daughter. Our journey to find the perfect nanny was stressful, involved and timely; phone screening, background checks, and in-person meetings. At the same time, many of our parent friends were having a similarly challenging experience. So we thought;
How can we make this process easier for parents?
Today, we have large network of highly experienced nannies and sitters each of whom we have personally met, carefully screened and thoroughly vetted. This includes speaking with references and conducting background checks. Our acceptance rate is low, around 10% , to ensure that you are matched with a dedicated, high quality caregiver who is just as to excited to begin working with your children as you are to find them. Our daughter serves as quality control - we would use any of our nannies and sitters to care for her without hesitation.
