An open access centre for researchers and industry develop new technologies through building and seeing at the smallest scales. The nanoFAB focuses on providing training, fee for service and collaboration opportunities in micro and nano scale fabrication and characterization. With over $100M in fabrication and characterization capabilities, the nanoFAB supports over 700 unique users from 120 academic research groups and 50 companies annually in their research, development, prototyping and manufacturing needs.
