I needed some parts for my truck that I didn't know I needed. When I did the brakes the other day. The person behind the counter was very helpful because making sure I was getting the right parts for my truck he noticed that the boot on the CV shaft was leaking I will need to replace that too . He helped out a very knowledgeable. I apologize I do not remember his name

Canadian Tire didn't have the air filter we needed. We came to NAPA and the guy was very friendly and helpful. They had the filter in stock and way cheaper than CT.

Great customer service. Didn't have the product I wanted in stock. However the staff suggested the equivalent product. Unfortunately the product cost more than intended but a discount was offered or order the product I wanted into stock. Real pleasure to go to this location.
