Always a 15 out of 10. Been going here over 20 years for many reasons. Fast,friendly and know exactly what it takes to look after customers right the first time....if they don't have it they will find it and if they make a mistake they admit it and fix it fast.

Their painting code and mixing knowledge is the best that I have had a chance to be a part of, thanks for all your help and support.

I wish I have zero star to select review instead of one. Worst customer service by representative name "chans". Because of him I decided to call other Napa location in south and they have great staff who helped me on my big order. I do not recommend this store if you'd like to buy anything from NAPA.

Solid inventory selection. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Reasonable prices. Great warranty on their branded parts. Recommended.
