Friendly staff trying to sell low quality merchandise, only worth shopping for sale items

I might just be jinxed but I've had to repeatedly take stuff back due to faults / incorrectly packed items etc. Can't say that I found them to be very helpful at resolving the issues either.

Worst Napa in the province. Has given me the wrong parts three times thus making working on my vehicle 10X more stressful and inconvenient. Make sure they're the right parts BEFORE leaving the store as they apparently can't be trusted.

Great staff good prices quality parts... What more could you want from a parts store. They laugh and joke with me everytime I'm in the store and they remember who I am. I recommend these guys to everyone
