Napa Auto Parts - Napa Spruce Grove

The parts are reconditioned, but are good replacements.

Every single time we call ahead when needing a part. Then they say they'll have it ready for us, and that they have tons in stock. Once we show up we wait for at least 45 minutes while someone looks for it and then are told that they dont have any. This has happened over three different times and we end up having to drive to the bigger Edmonton Napa.

I keep trying but with the same results. Ignored when coming into the store (what's wrong with a simple 'hi'), and slow counter service

Ordering a part should NOT be this frustrating!!!!!! I was in the store yesterday... spoke with Dave. DAVE WAS SUPER HELPFUL!!!! the part I needed had 2 options, since my vehicle was in storage for a year... I wasn't 100% sure wich one it was. Dave suggested I make sure to avoid a restocking fee. I went and looked at the part on my car. Returned the next day with PICTURES!!!! OK.... THE OLD SKINNY LONG HAIRED IDIOT, AVOID SPEAKING WITH HIM AT ALL COSTS!!! He interrupted Dave several times the day before to assure me that this part is ONLY AVAILABLE THROUGH A DEALER. even though Dave had actually shown me the right parts. When I returned today, WITH PICTURES, sadly.. Dave was not there. I dealt with 2 older men who I had to repeatedly correct on the model of the car being a 300c... not a 300i..... after telling them several times it was a 5.7L.... they continued to enter 3.5L. Ugh..... I told them BOTH that Dave had SHOWN ME THE PART YESTERDAY and they still insisted this part did not exist, despite the pictures!!!! Ugh!!!!! After wasting 45mins correcring these men, on what i was looking for, being told that my part didn't exist, and IF it did, was only available through a dealer, I left to go to a more inconvenient location. I went to the west end location and was helped by Wes , who within 5mins, and a phone call to confirm that was the right part for a 300c, I left with my part.
The incompetence by 2 workers at the spruce grove location was a waste of almost 2hrs by the time I had driven to the other location and back, not to mention a very frustrating experience!! A super quick Google search of 2005 chrysler 300c schematics while I stood there showed the exact part, that was ignored by these two incompetent dough heads.
Talk to Dave, or simply go to another location!!!!!!!!!
