i was referred to Todd's shop, i brought in my first car for a power steering leak fix and inspection ! the shop kept me updated and communicated with me very well. im not a knowledgeable car person and they explained things to me in ways that i would understand. They were absolutely awesome :) a big thankyou to todd and his team.

Wow its look like people who have been here before read mi mind. I dont know How I can express How Happy and confortbale I was When I came to this place. People are so friendly and what amazes me much is Todd pronounced my name is if is also another African. I was so impressed from the time I open the door. They do a very great Job, They are very honest. they give me the service I need and even educated me about about taking care of my car.I told them I needed my car to go to Vancouver and they did all they could to satisfy me. They even closed a little bit late just so that I dont miss my trip. I was glad that I found this place. I strongly recommend everyone to use their service. Nobody likes bringing a vehicle in to get fixed but when you have to this is the place. Always in contact with you to let you know what's going on ,how much it's costing you etc etc. Staff are great, understanding and knowledgeable. After the estimate which was more then I hoped (because of the amount of work not the shop prices) I decided to do some of the work myself. I've never worked on a car before this. I told Todd and Brittney about my plans fearing that I'd be told it's too dangerous and I need to get the work done with them. But I was actually supported in my decision and even given some advice on the maintenance. I was informed clearly of what parts needed replacing and where they were located. When it came to parts Computerized Autopro was even cheaper at times then all the other auto parts stores in the city.



After removing some of the bad parts to replace I brought them to work as where I work has a mechanic shop. I just wanted to make sure that all the work Computerized AutoPro said need to be done actually needed to be done. Well the mechanics at work confirmed all the parts I'd taken off were worn out and needed replacement.



So I can honestly say you can trust this shop. I've double checked there inspection report and proved it.



I've brought my car back in for some minor services and plan to continue going here. I also plan to bring my truck in to make sure it gets cared for the same way.

I took my 2003 Suburban in because the steering was pulling hard to the right, the front end was vibrating at highway speeds and the steering had begun to wobble even at city driving speeds. The pitman arm had been replaced a few months earlier so I thought that job may have been poorly done. I needed a quality diagnosis and expert repair facility. This shop was recommended by my son who had some work done there several years ago and remembered it as a very good shop.



He was correct. I was quoted a price for complete diagnosis and alignment and was assured they would assess the problem and recommend solutions. On top of that, Adel Roth, the Service Advisor who worked with me, provided a courtesy vehicle, free of charge and went out with me to start it up and clear the snow.



They discovered that the main problem was a tire that was coming apart and causing the ever increasing pull to the right. The solution was replacement of all four tires with a set of Yokohama Geolandar All Season Radials at a great price which included a $70 rebate from Yokohama. Adel Roth, the Service Advisor, sent me specs and images of four different tire brands that closely matched the Nokians on the vehicle, along with prices and rebates for each. Very helpful.



In the process the Technician, Jean-Marc Goulet, recommended replacement of the front shocks. This I agreed to because I already knew they were due for replacement. The vehicle has 254,000 + kilometres on it and the shocks were getting pretty soft. In addition they assessed a short list of other minor adjustments and things to be looked after, most of which i can do myself. I received a detailed list of the work done and the recommendations for looking after these additional things. I appreciated their thoroughness.



Before doing the work they gave me a final estimate of costs for my approval. When all was done and I returned to pay the bill and pick up my now back in action Suburban 4x4 Adel indicated they did not have to do all the diagnostic work or the full set of alignment procedures that I had been anticipated and upon which the original quote was based. Consequently, the bill was about $300 less than I had expected. That was a nice surprise but more significantly, it demonstrated to me the high degree of honesty and integrity with which they operate.



Finally, I was made aware of the fact this work was covered by a 24 Month 40,000 KM warranty on parts AND labour along with a limited lifetime warranty on the parts. No three month 3,000 KM pretend warranty with NAPA AUTOPRO and this shop.



If you have any kind of problem with any vehicle you own, take it to the people at Computerized Complete Auto Maintenance & Repair Centre Ltd. at 9010 - 58 Avenue in Edmonton, Alberta. Even if you have to drive many miles to get there!

We purchase our tires there and our off season tires are stored there for both of our vehicles. All of our warranty work is done there too when we can.



We just bought a vehicle from them, and I can't even tell you how much we love it. We bought a near immaculate Mazda 3 and it's possibly the best car I've ever driven. It's been serviced by Todd's team since it was purchased by the previous owner, and it shows. The car is fantastic.

Called on a Thursday hoping to get in for an appointment the next day regarding my steering/tires, but knowing that it was pretty short notice.. Todd went out of his way to see if he could find time to fit me in. When he couldn't, he offered for me to come in on the Friday anyways so that he could personally take a look at my tires and see if he was able to get an idea of what the issue might be. His advice and diagnosis was spot on and he actually took the time to explain exactly what the problem was. The fact that he went out of his way on a busy friday to help a person who wasn't even scheduled for service at his shop blew me away. Super impressed with the customer service and will 100% be going back and recommending to others..thanks again !

Brought my truck in when is started making a rattling noise while in motion. They were able to find the issue and fix it. Unfortunately it did take them 2 days to complete the repairs because they had to wait for parts. They provided me with a vehicle to drive in the meantime at no additional cost. The courtesy vehicle was clean and in very good shape. They only asked that I refill they fuel I used. During the repair process they kept me updated as to what was happening and any costs that had come up. They also gave me options as to what had to be fixed now and what I could leave until later. During the repair there was a mistake made on their end and they broke my steering knuckle. They replaced this piece at no cost and admitted their mistake to me the next time we talked. I feel they were open and honest with me throughout they entire repair process. The cost was more than I had hoped but that was due to the issues with my truck and not with their pricing. Overall I would recommend these guys for your repair services on your vehicle.

On top of that, Adel Roth, the Service Advisor who worked with me, provided a courtesy vehicle, free of charge and went out with me to start it up and clear the snow.



They discovered that the main problem was a tire that was coming apart and causing the ever increasing pull to the right. The solution was replacement of all four tires with a set of Yokohama Geolandar All Season Radials at a great price which included a $70 rebate from Yokohama. Adel Roth, the Service Advisor, sent me specs and images of four different tire brands that closely matched the Nokians on the vehicle, along with prices and rebates for each. Very helpful.



In the process the Technician, Jean-Marc Goulet, recommended replacement of the front shocks. This I agreed to because I already knew they were due for replacement. The vehicle has 254,000 + kilometres on it and the shocks were getting pretty soft. In addition they assessed a short list of other minor adjustments and things to be looked after, most of which i can do myself. I received a detailed list of the work done and the recommendations for looking after these additional things. I appreciated their thoroughness.



Before doing the work they gave me a final estimate of costs for my approval. When all was done and I returned to pay the bill and pick up my now back in action Suburban 4x4 Adel indicated they did not have to do all the diagnostic work or the full set of alignment procedures that I had been anticipated and upon which the original quote was based. Consequently, the bill was about $300 less than I had expected. That was a nice surprise but more significantly, it demonstrated to me the high degree of honesty and integrity with which they operate.



Finally, I was made aware of the fact this work was covered by a 24 Month 40,000 KM warranty on parts AND labour along with a limited lifetime warranty on the parts. No three month 3,000 KM pretend warranty with NAPA AUTOPRO and this shop.

Brought my truck in when is started making a rattling noise while in motion. They were able to find the issue and fix it. Unfortunately it did take them 2 days to complete the repairs because they had to wait for parts. They provided me with a vehicle to drive in the meantime at no additional cost. The courtesy vehicle was clean and in very good shape. They only asked that I refill they fuel I used. During the repair process they kept me updated as to what was happening and any costs that had come up. They also gave me options as to what had to be fixed now and what I could leave until later. During the repair there was a mistake made on their end and they broke my steering knuckle. They replaced this piece at no cost and admitted their mistake to me the next time we talked. I feel they were open and honest with me throughout they entire repair process. The cost was more than I had hoped but that was due to the issues with my truck and not with their pricing. Overall I would recommend these guys for your repair services on your vehicle.

Nobody likes bringing a vehicle in to get fixed but when you have to this is the place. Always in contact with you to let you know what's going on ,how much it's costing you etc etc. Staff are great, understanding and knowledgeable. I've been coming to see Todd and his wonderful staff at Computerized Autopro for many years now, probably close to 15 years. I went in for an inspection on my 2008 Lancer as I decided to keep it and wanted to know how rough of shape it was in. After the estimate which was more then I hoped (because of the amount of work not the shop prices) I decided to do some of the work myself. I've never worked on a car before this. I told Todd and Brittney about my plans fearing that I'd be told it's too dangerous and I need to get the work done with them. But I was actually supported in my decision and even given some advice on the maintenance. I was informed clearly of what parts needed replacing and where they were located. When it came to parts Computerized Autopro was even cheaper at times then all the other auto parts stores in the city.



After removing some of the bad parts to replace I brought them to work as where I work has a mechanic shop. I just wanted to make sure that all the work Computerized AutoPro said need to be done actually needed to be done. Well the mechanics at work confirmed all the parts I'd taken off were worn out and needed replacement.



So I can honestly say you can trust this shop. I've double checked there inspection report and proved it.
