Napa Autopro - Crowfoot Station

I'm very happy with Rick and his staff. They are extremely courteous , prompt, and low pressure in their communication and suggestions. They provide detailed notes, photos, and breakdowns along with their recommendations and do work that's done right.

I live in Kensington but I make the trip to crowfoot for my car services as it's worth the extra distance.

Please save yourself the time and money, and go somewhere else. Even Canadian Tire would be better and we all know that’s a big “Nope!”

I have taken both of my cars to Napa Autopro in Crowfoot and found Rick and his staff provide a very professional service. With the recent changes an email is sent with an inspection report followed by a phone call with an estimate - great service - very nice people to deal with. I have recommended Napa Autopro to a couple of people and they are very happy with the service as well. Keep up the great work!!

Rick has been very obliging when it comes to getting work done, if I had time issues and needed the car early. All the work was done to our satisfaction and final pricing was within any quotes.Fair, when it came to specifying what was critical and what repairs could hold off till later. Had the yearly pre-paid maintenace pkge on my daughter's vehicle, it was well worth the cost and saved us quite a bit. The car was well looked after.

I found out about this place through Groupon. The service was amazing. They did a full inspection and an oil change and a wheel alignment.

After the inspection, a gentleman called me from their location to talk through each item and explain what it means as well as what the price would be if I decided to move forward. He also helped me prioritize the jobs from most important to least to help me (a young adult) be able to figure out what I should fix and wait to fix which was super helpful.

I found the pricing reasonable and really appreciated the honesty they provided. I'll for sure be back again!

Honestly some of the best auto service I've ever had. Took my vehicle in for something minor and they ended up saving me not only my money in the future but also the lives of my little passengers! They also took the time to thoroughly explain exactly what needed to be done and why. I will be returning for the friendly and professional service.
