Very friendly service. I brought in a 2002 Toyota Highlander with brake problems, they resolved the issue that day for a reasonable price.

I've been around few shops in Calgary in including other NAPA's. And these folks are by far one of the best I've dealt with. Pleasant people, affordable parts, fantastic service and great value. Always willing to go extra mile for their customers.
Brought them a tire to swap. Ended up to be wasted tire. They did not even charge me for taking it on and off twice.
Perfect customer service, which is pretty rare in Canada.

I've been getting my old Honda CRV serviced here for the last 3 years. Everyone here, including the owner Carlos, Stephan at the front desk, as well as the mechanics, are friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. One of the few shops left, where you get good value & good service for a fair price. They will go the extra mile for their customers. Have recommended them to colleagues and certainly recommend them to you.
