Went here to get a leaky tire fixed and like other reviews have mentioned, the guy at the front counter was rude and made an ignorant comment about paying double because I left and came back. I didn't want to find out how they treat their customers after they pay so I left and will never be back.

Went there to have my tires changed on my rims. Already had loose tires and loose rims+tires. So basically just changing rubbers.

Went to the front desk, the guy working there was a dick at the start. Just aggressive and rude. Tried to trust him anyways. Received a call 3 hours later with him being even more aggressive, and not wanting to do it, then hung up half way through the phone call.

Now I am worried that they will damage my rims and tires, worried that he will damage my property.

I will not go back and I highly recommend not to deal with this place. I have never had more of a difficult time with someone before. A simple easy thing to do is now a worry of damage of property and the possibility of filing a police complaint if damage has been done.

The counter sales woman I was dealing with was nice enough but the other sales guy at the front desk made a rude / ignorant comment regarding the fact that I would pay anything to get my tire back on that same day. I was in the market to find a reputable dealer near me where I could purchase and install a set of winters for my jeep. First and last time I walk into that place.

My wife and I have been servicing our vehicles at this location for over 5 years. The range of services have been from regular maintenance to large item repairs. We have never found anything but a prompt request to our needs, fair pricing and honest communication. A few years ago we moved slightly further away, but the extra drive to have our vehicles serviced by this team is more than worth it!

My car felt like 'bottoming out' in the back for about a year and my regular mechanic could not determine the cause. When my steering wheel started shaking I decided to try Tireland and was advised that the shaking was caused by a loose rear wheel bearing and the 'bottoming out' was caused by cracked struts. I had them fix both the same day and believed the price and service to be reasonable. I asked about my tires, and was advised they were fine at least for another year.

About a week later I started to notice wobbly wheels. I brought it back today (19 days after my previous visit) and was advised that 3 out of 4 of my tires were coming apart and needed to be replaced. Seeing as I was told less than 3 weeks earlier that my tires were fine it raised a red flag so I asked about a tire balance or the rest of the wheel bearings but was told I had cheap tires and they were the problem. Further discussion resulted in her arguing with me saying that I had initially complained about a noise and not a shaky wheel and that's why they replaced the wheel bearing as a shaky wheel would not be caused by a wheel bearing. Not true.

The thing is, I don't know anything about cars. But I don't like to be called a liar, and I definitely don't want to feel like I'm being taken advantage of.

I'm going back to my regular shop (Blaskin and Lane Chinook) because even though they couldn't find the cause of my original concern (Tireland couldn't initially either, I'd had to ask them to put weight in the car in order to determine what sensation I was talking about), I've never felt like they were taking advantage of my lack of knowledge. And knowing that Tireland did my struts, yet recognizing that I know nothing about cars, a part of me still feels like the struts were not done correctly.

This is why women hate getting their cars fixed!

Another satisfying experience at Mckenzie Tireland. This time for Wheels and Tires. Their knowledge and experience helped me make the right decision for my vehicle. Going above and beyond to find the wheels I was looking for. Excellent pricing. Well worth the drive across town.

Had a front levelling kit and alignment done today. Very quick process from start until finish. Price quoted was exact upon completion. Thank You Nikki and team for your great service. I will be back when it is time to upgrade wheels and tires.

Needed an out of province inspection asap and this place had a location convenient for us. They were very polite on the phone and willing to squeeze us in despite being quite booked up. They completed the work quicker than expected with no unpleasant surprises or extra charges. 1 star off only because their price was higher than the guy from the registry said other places charged (he could have been wrong though) if I could give 4.5 I would.
