Very thorough. They're willing to work with your budget, and will call you to give you updates while working on your car. They've always been courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Thought I would try a smaller local business for an a/c issue. I would recommend this shop to anyone. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and our overall job was price competitive. I was impressed when I over heard them discussing a few issues with a young ladies truck and helped making a priority list to fix rather than try to sell the whole thing. Doesn't happen to often that a business works and helps the client make a decision for safety instead of just trying to make a buck on a complete job. Good job

Unfortunately we tried our very best to accommodate Tyler but his expectations were not realistic. He was charged $216 to diagnose 5 different problems that he was concerned about and we inspected and diagnosed all of them. Our price for a wheel bearing was for a premium part, installed with a 3 year parts and labour warranty (best warranty in town). When this was too costly for him we offered to supply a lesser quality part at a lower price. In the end Tyler insisted we price match a part that he found online. Unfortunately we could not do this as the online part had a lower price than our cost for the same part from a local supplier. We always do our very best to supply the best parts at the best price and there are always options if we work together.
